Hitting Reset Season 6: The Pandemic Begins

Chapter 391

Evan's POV:
Once me and Violet both finished breakfast, I smiled as I walked into the kitchen with my plate so that I could wash it. That's when Violet went to grab it. "Here, I got it." I nodded and agreed with her when she said that. "You sure?" Violet just smiled at me. "Evan, just relax. What do you need to do for work?" I sighed when she asked me that. "A bunch of reports." Violet agreed with me when I told her that and just smiled at me. "I am sure that it won't take as long as you think." I laughed when she told me that. "Yeah, only 25 Battalions to deal with." Violet sighed. "Exactly why I am going to help you. I don't want you to stress about it too much."

I agreed with her when she told me that. Going to walk up behind her, I smiled as I went to wrap my arms around her waist. "You're the best." Violet smiled and agreed with me when I said that. Going to put her hand on my arm, she smiled as she stroke it with her thumb. "What are you thinking right now?" Violet smiled when I asked her that. "Just how this still seems surreal. You're my boss but...you're also my boyfriend." I nodded and agreed with her when she told me that, going to kiss the side of her head again. "Right now, I'm just your boyfriend okay? Once I am working, then I am your boss." Violet agreed with me and smiled when I told her that.

Finishing up with the dishes, she smiled and then went to turn around once she was done. Smiling at me, she got close to me before going to wrapping her arms around my back. Going to grab her neck, I smiled as I went to kiss her softly. Taking it slow with her, I was really happy right now. I then proceeded to bend down and kiss her neck softly. "You're so beautiful." Violet smiled and agreed with me when I told her that. "And you're handsome." I smiled and blushed when she told me that. Bending down, I went to kiss her neck again and just smirked because of how much I was enjoying this. "Listen, I need to go work. But I'm going to work in bed."

Violet smiled and agreed with me when I told her that. "Maybe I can come sit in bed with you...I can sit down in your arms while you work on your laptop. You can use your laptop bed desk." I smirked and agreed with her when she told me that because I loved that idea. "That sounds perfect...and I think we both know that we like to just cuddle. Anyways, I also know that you are still tired." Violet nodded and agreed with me when I told her that. Going to grab her hand, I smiled as I went to lead her towards our bedroom so that we can relax together. That and work.

Once me and Violet where back in our room, I smiled as I went to get in bed ahead of her. This was going to be perfect. Me holding her in my arms while I still do my job. Going to grab her phone, Violet proceeded to set her phone down on her side table. Once that was done, she looked at me and smiled. "How about you get in bed and then I can lay down in your arms?" I agreed with her when she told me that and just smiled as she went to go get in bed for her. Once that was done, she came to get in my lap and just smiled as she came to relax in my arms.

Violet's POV:
Once I was comfortable in Evan's arms, I smiled as I watched him bring his laptop on top of us so that he can work. That's when he went to wrap his arm around me and just smiled as he went to put his hand on my leg. Looking up at him, I was a little shocked when he did that. "Wow, a little handsy there Chief?" Evan smirked when I said that and then went to move his hand to my side. Bending down, he went to kiss me and smiled as he took it slow with me. "Is it too soon to say I think that I'm falling in love with you?" I shook my head when he asked me that. 

"No, because I feel the same way." Evan just smiled when I told him that and agreed with me. He then went to kiss me again and smiled as he went to kiss me softly. Taking it slow with him, I smiled because I was very happy right now. Once I finished kissing him, I went to lay my head back down on his chest while he turned on his laptop. Going to open his e-mail, Evan sighed when he saw just how many he had. "Any of these confidential?" Evan shook his head when I asked him that. "No, it's fine." I agreed with him when he told me that and just smiled.

Going to look at what he was doing, I just smiled as we both got very comfortable with each other. "So, how do you think the CFD is going right now when it comes to dealing with COVID?" Evan smiled when I asked him that. "Honestly, we are still figuring it out." I nodded and agreed him with when he told me that. "How about we just get to work?" Evan laughed when I told him that and smiled. "Yeah, I think that's the time anyways." Going to get to work, Evan went to open the reports that he needed to work on for the CFD. "Do you need any help today?"

Evan shook his head. "Not yet. Right now, I'm pretty good." I agreed with him when he told me that and just smiled. "Okay, well I am going to stay comfortable right now." He laughed and agreed with me when I told him that. "I figured that was going to be the case." I nodded and just agreed with him when he told me that, really happy that I was laying down in his arms. He is such a hunk and there is nobody I would rather be laying down in bed with right now. "Just tell me if you need me to do something okay babe." Looking down at me, Evan just smiled.

"Did you just call me babe?" I bit my lip when he asked me that and nodded. "Uhm, is that okay?" Evan nodded and smiled when I asked him that. Going to wrap his arm around me more, he smiled as he bent down and then proceeded to kiss me softly. Taking it slow with me, Evan was really happy right now. "You owe me later for making me this happy." I laughed and agreed with him when he told me that. "I figured that was going to be the case." Okay, time to be honest with you...we haven't really had sex yet. However, I'm ready to do it. I want him.

I have just been scared because well...he's my boss. We are still figuring out this new dynamic that we need to work on. We are adults but...we are also boss-employee. I know, complicated. However, I like our relationship. Nothing like a bunch of time with him. Plus, he's really cute and I love being with him. I think I could even call this love.
