The world of slumber and dreams seems amazing, doesn't it? Endless possibilities.
It's a mix of memories being played in a film that feels like forever. It's your world, your universe when you're asleep. But that's the normal setting, you see.
In this world, a large select humans are always active—in wake and in sleep. How, you ask?
That's easy to answer. In every country around the entire world, there's always someone with a little trick to them.
It's just up to you to spot the trick.

"Ah! I'm finally done," A lighthearted yet tired voice filled the bedroom. "Take that, math. I've beaten you. How'd you like those bruises?"
Leaning back against a wheely desk chair with her arms in the air, a petite girl with shoulder-length, silky black hair yawned. Her clear, dark blue eyes were half lidded as she stared up at the ceiling. Before she could close her eyes, the door of her bedroom was suddenly slammed open.
"Hokama Kei! You've got to hear about this!" An enthusiastic voice said. "Mm? What?" The girl asked, sitting up and staring at the boy who had burst into her room. "I got to level 5—" "Ah, good for you, Hotaka... I sure hope I get my chip soon..." The girl put on a small smile. "But if you wanted to tell me that, then why'd you have to come over yourself? You could've just messaged me."
Kei Hokama. Hepburn, Hokama Kei. Our main female protagonist, you might say.
"I wanted to show off at you myself," Hotaka pointed at himself. "Get this—I implanted some moves into my muscle memory!"
Hotaka Ito. Hepburn, Ito Hotaka. He is... A very enthusiastic classmate and friend. Just a classmate and friend.
"Wait—Really?" Kei's eyes widened. "Don't you dare do it in my room—!"
