Emily and Olivia walked up to the entrance and entered the house, seeing many teenagers chatting, dancing or...doing things that they shouldn't be doing in public. Emily held Olivia's hand, leading her to a less crowded room which happened to be the living room. Not that it looked like a living room with all the spilled drinks, the broken vases and tilted pictures and paintings on the walls. Emily wondered if Gary's parents even knew if he was throwing this party but she figured that it wasn't her problem. Olivia sat down on the couch, crossing her legs. She still didn't seem comfortable sitting there tho. So Emily took her leather jacket off and placed in on Olivia's lap. She leaned down to whisper in her ear.
-I'm gonna get us something to drink, what do you want?, asked the younger girl.
-But, you're driving., frowned Olivia.
-Oh no, no. I'm not getting that kind of drink. I'll grab a sprite or something., chuckled Emily.
-Okay, well, how about you surprise me?, suggested the older girl, looking up at her girlfriend.
Emily smirked and nodded, walking away and making her way to some kind of low-budget bar. She chuckled as she saw who was serving the drinks.
-Hi Anne., smiled the girl, leaning on the counter.
-Oh, hi Emily., replied the blonde girl, trying not to check her out, struggling tho.
-Any suggestions for some good drinks?, asked the brunette.
-Mmmm, well, depends. How drunk do you wanna be?, chuckled Anne.
-I'm not drinking. I'm driving., chuckled Emily.
-Oh so it must be for Olivia. Well then., smirked Anne as she started preparing a cocktail.
Emily watched her and raised an eyebrow.
-What are you doing?, asked the younger girl.
-I'm making her a cocktail. It's called Painkiller., explained the French girl.
-Painkiller?, frowned Emily, not liking the sound of it.
-Yes. Oh, okay. It sounds bad, I know. But trust me, it is delicious. Have you tasted Pina Colada?, asked Anne looking up at Emily.
-Yes. It's Liv's favorite., nodded the brunette.
-Well, this is almost like Pina Colada but even better., admitted Anne.
-Oh. Okay. That looks pretty tho., smiled Emily, looking at the now finished drink.
-Yeah., nodded Anne.
-What's in it?, wondered Emily, grabbing the cup and looking at it.
-It has aged rum, cream of coconut and orange juice., said Anne.
-Aged rum? That sounds expensive., frowned Emily.
-Oh, it is. I grabbed it from Gary's father private collection. But that's a problem for future Anne., chuckled the girl.
-Damn, okay. Well then, I'm gonna go back to Liv. See you around., said Emily walking away and back to the living room.
As she entered the room, she could feel some sort of tension in it. She looked at the couch and saw Olivia sitting on it with a boy a little too close for her liking. He had his arm around her shoulder and was very obviously drunk. He kept getting closer to Olivia. Emily walked up to the couch and tapped the dude's head.
-Hey dickhead, get out of here., said Emily.
-Don't you see that I'm in the middle of something? I'm trying to get this pretty chick to meet me in the bathroom., smirked the boy, only looking at Olivia though.
Emily clenched her jaw and grabbed the boy by his arm, pulling him up, looking him in the eyes.
-That "chick" has a name. And guess what else she has?, Emily said in a serious but low voice.
-A hot body?, said the boy with a drunk smile.
-A girlfriend. Wanna guess who she is?, said Emily, still holding him by his collar.
-If it's you, then I would like to ask you for a threesome., smirked the boy.
-You're lucky that I'm kicking your ass right now. So, how about I sit down next to my girlfriend and count to three. When I reach the number three, I'd advise you not to be in this room. You know, for your own safety., said the brunette with a fake smile.
She let go of the boy, sat down next to Olivia and handed her the cocktail that she had kept in her other hand. She looked up at the boy who was contemplating his entire existence. When he saw Emily looking at him, his eyes went wide and he ran away, bumping into some people on his way out. Emily now looked at her girlfriend.
-Are you okay, Liv?, asked the girl seriously.
-Yeah. Don't worry, I had it under control., chuckled Olivia.
-I'm sure you did. But you know me. I couldn't let some male asshole be like that to you., shrugged Emily, putting one arm around Olivia's shoulder.
-I know. It's not like I didn't enjoy seeing you get pissed. It's very hot. Especially when you get all overprotective., admitted Olivia, looking at her girlfriend.
-Oh, is that so?, smirked Emily.
-Mhm., nodded the other brunette.
Emily was about to lean in to kiss Olivia when the older girl waved at someone. The younger brunette followed her eyes and saw Sofia, awkwardly standing in the room with a cup in her hands. She looked...good, to say the least. Sofia waved back at Olivia, so the older girl motioned for Sofia to come to the couch and sit down with them. The girl hesitated for a moment and then walked up to the couch, sitting down next to Olivia.
-Hi., said Sofia shyly.
-Hey, you having fun?, asked Olivia.
-Not really. I don't even know why I came. My...parents told me it would be good and I would make some friends. But so far, I've seen three drug addicts sniffing something, two boys fighting, five girls dancing inappropriately and a lot more. Those do not sound like the type of people I'd wanna be friends with., shrugged the girl, keeping her eyes on her drinks.
-Yeah understandable. What have you got there?, asked Emily looking at the drink.
-Oh, uhm, I don't know. I walked past the corner and the blonde bartended simply handed me this drink and said: A sweet cocktail for an even sweeter girl. Which I didn't really understood because how can a person say that without knowing someone?, rambled Sofia.
-Oh, someone has a crush on you., smirked Olivia.
-What?, frowned Sofia.
-Yeah, Anne. The bartender. She totally was flirting with you., smiled Emily.
-No. No way. You must be wrong., replied Sofia looking up from her drink.
Olivia was about to reply but Gary walked in the room and yelled.
-Alright people. Time for some old fashioned Truth or Dare! There's no escaping it., said the boy, grabbing a boy by the arm as he tried to walk out of the room.
Emily did not like that game. Neither did Sofia. She felt anxious and looked down at her drink, hoping she would somehow turn invisible.
