"Why won't you get social media?" Kara asked from one side of the couch as she sipped on her spiked wine.

Lena sat curled up on the other side facing her. "Because I know what society thinks about me, I don't need to read about it on a daily basis."

Shaking her head, Kara frowned. "People's view of you has changed since you took over L-Corp, most people don't think you're like Lex, they're just wary because ninty-nine percent of the time the only time they see you is at a press conference or after an assassination attempt."

Lena took a large gulp of her wine, almost finishing her glass. "Both of which are reasons I don't like media anyway." She looked at her almost empty glass. "Besides L-Corp has social media."

Kara leaned over the side of the couch, almost falling off. "It's not the same thing." When she looked back at the raven-haired woman, Kara knew she wasn't going to budge, not yet at least. "But I'll let it go for now, only because I know I'm not going to convince you."

Lena didn't look convinced she'd leave it alone, but she smiled and stood to refill both their glasses. "Thank you." Returning she gave Kara her glass before settling on the couch again but letting her legs stretch out, her feet instantly covered by the blanket draped over Kara's legs. "How has it been at CatCo this week anyway? Found anyone else to interview?"

Mock shock covered Kara's features. "How dare you, I have plenty of sources for my articles." Descending into laughter, her free hand landed on Lena's calf. "Seriously though, it's been good. Snapper is trusting me with more and people are starting to want to interview with me not just because I'm the one that's been sent."

Green eyes shone as she stared at her. "That's brilliant, I knew you'd be amazing as a reporter when I saw you with Clark."

"You and Cat saw that in me before I could, and I can't thank you enough for that." Staring at Lena, Kara didn't want to look away, but she had to, if not she'd do something she shouldn't. "Do you want to continue with our programme? I promise I haven't watched any since last week."

The night turned late as the two women sat together on the couch in Kara's apartment watching Suits, not that they got very far as their two glasses of wine became three. One and a half episodes in, Kara looked at her phone on the table as Lena once again went to refill their glasses.

It was a terrible idea. So bad she knew it would come back to bite her in the morning... but it could serve a valid argument. Picking up her phone, she opened Instagram, glanced up at Lena in the kitchen wearing an NCU hoodie and sweatpants before making sure the camera was facing herself. Kara started a live video.

"Can we talk about why you won't get social media again please?" She wasn't' slurring her words, but her mind wasn't as clear as she knew it should be going live with Lena on Instagram.

Lena turned back to her with their glasses. "I told you, I don't need to read what people think of me. I have enough assassination attempts and curses shouted at press conferences to know the publics opinion on me." The CEO didn't notice Kara's phone in her hand, but the blonde watched as people joined and realised who she was with.

There were more people than she anticipated but the comments were nice, all begging Lena to get Instagram or Twitter. Intent of watching the comments flood in, Kara absently grabbed her glass from Lena, her attention only snapping to Lena when the blanket shifted at her side.

"What are you up to?" Lena curled up into her side under the blanket. "I thought we had a no phones policy during Suits?" Her face wasn't on camera, but her shoulder was visible, and the comments were going off at the fact Lena Luthor was curled up to her side. "Do I need to take it from you to make you pay attention because I'm not rewinding it after last time."

Kara flicked her eyes to Lena, one eyebrow raised, and green eyes focused on her, Suits was forgotten by the two of them. "Um... okay, but before I put it down you should know my followers agree with me that you should have social media."

Alcohol mixed with tiredness made Lena a little slow as she frowned and looked from Kara to the phone that she could almost see the screen of in her hand. "What did you do?" She wasn't accusing or upset, simply a little tipsy and confused.

"I... I um, I may have started an Instagram Live to get people's opinions on you getting social media because I am convinced it would be good for you and there are a lot of people that agree with me." Sheepish, Kara slumped down a little on the couch, the only effect of which meant Lena fell more into her side, almost sitting on her lap they were curled so closely together.

Glancing at the phone to Kara, Lena took a large gulp of wine before leaning her chin on Kara's shoulder, now very much in view of the camera. "Can you turn it off because I want to finish this episode before I leave."

Forgetting the phone in her hand at the mention of Lena leaving, Kara tilted her head. "What do you mean 'before you leave'? How are you going to get home? You live across the city."

Lena took her head of Kara's shoulder to look at her wine glass. "I'll call Frank."

"You dismissed him hours ago, he'll be asleep by now."

Lena pursed her lips. "I'll call an Uber."

"For which you'd have to make an account because to quote your own words, 'Who needs Uber when you have a personal driver?'" Her phone had slumped against her legs, the camera catching more of the ceiling than either of them.

There was no response, the genius didn't have an answer for that. Pursing her lips, Lena slowly smirked. "Fine, you win."

Kara grinned but the smirk on Lena's face didn't feel like she'd won. "So why won't you agree that you need to get social-" Lena cut her off.

"And winners get the couch."

Jumping up off the couch, Lena almost knocked Kara off the edge as she made towards Kara's bedroom. A few second after her, she could hear Kara following her and she'd barely jumped onto 'her' side of the bed as it had become in the last few months of increasing sleepovers when another body landed on the other side next to her. Turning to look at Kara, Lena flicked her eyes to the phone still in the blonde's hand.

"Kara..."

Blue eyes shone with silent laughter. "Lena?"

Leaning forward an inch, they were so close, but the camera wasn't on them, her hand had moved to cover the camera in her rush to follow the brunette. "Turn your phone off before I take it and try to throw it through your window."

At a barely human speed, Kara frowned down at her phone, instantly stopping the Live that was indeed still going.
