2014, 𝚊𝚐𝚎 𝚝𝚠𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚢-𝚏𝚘𝚞𝚛

"Are you ever going to tell me what the hell happened to you?" Natasha asked as we kidnapped the Council women we were going to be impersonating.

I sighed, as we got dressed. "I already told you everything I remember, Natasha."

She shook her head at me. "Yeah, but I don't believe you." She said.

"Well, that's your choice. But Tasha, seriously, whatever they did to me, it's not over. I know it. So let's get this done, and then you can tell me all about your kiss with Steve." I said, mocking her slightly at the end.

"Never." She said as we got ready, putting our facial covers on. "Cover the wrist, genius."

I grabbed the gloves that were stashed in the woman's coat and put them on, as we began our walk to meet Pierce.

"This lady is ugly." I mumbled as we passed a glass door.

"I know right?" Nat agreed, before Pierce appeared.

"Ladies. How were your flights?" He asked politely.

'Hawley' answered for us. "Lovely. The ride from the airport, less so."

He turned to me as we walked. "And you, Creson?"

"Actually the opposite, for me." I answered, disguised as Margo Creson.

Pierce sighed. "Sadly, SHIELD can't control everything. Including Captain America." We continued walking with the other Council members until we came to a stop in front of a guard. "This facility is biometrically controlled. And these will give you unrestricted access." He continued as a case was opened and five clips were given to each of us.

We ended up into a conference room where the meeting was being held when Pierce spoke again. "I know the road hasn't exactly been smooth, and and some of you would have gladly kicked me out of the car along the way. Finally, we're here. And the world should be grateful." We all lifted our glasses as Pierce finally shut up.

The PA system crackled, and Steve Rogers was speaking. I smiled internally, as the plan was working. As the speech continued, the other Council members looked at Pierce.

"You smug son of a bitch." A man said to Pierce as STRIKE agents came in the room.

"Arrest him." Another man said before guns were aimed at all of us.

"I guess I've got the floor." Pierce said with a smirk.

He moved to the window and looked at all the shots being fired. "Let me ask you a question. What if Pakistan moved into Mumbai tomorrow and you knew that they were going to drag your daughters into a soccer stadium for execution, and you could just stop it, with a flick of a switch. Wouldn't you?"

Natasha and I eyed each other nervously. She was playing the part but I was nervous.

"Wouldn't you all?" He asked, mainly to the man in front of him.

"Not if it was your switch." He stated boldly while he threw his glass away.

Pierce laughed, and motioned for a HYDRA agent to give him a gun. He moved to shoot before I sent a vine and pulled the guys out of the way while Natasha went for Pierce.

She tased people with her bites and I struck people with massive thorns and vines. We fought side by side before all the agents were on the ground. Natasha aimed a gun at Pierce's head while I grew two vines with large poisonous thorns on them. We started to remove our face changers.
