FRUIT SMOOTHIE

    Ingredients:

8 strawberries

1 ripe banana

200 ml of milk

1 and 1/2 tbsp of honey

100 ml of (your choice) yogurt

        Tools:

.sharp knife

.chopping board

.spoons

.blender

                   Steps:

1. Wash the strawberries in cold water and cut their stems off.

2. Cut the strawberries in half and peel and cut the banana.

3. Put the banana, strawberries, milk, yogurt and honey in the blender.

4. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
