"We'll let's get this over with" I mumbled as I walked to my first class; history. Well at least it's something I'm good at, I thought.
I heard the second bell ring signalling the start of first period. "Shit, I can't be late on the first day" I said and started running. I looked at my schedule to see where my class was. BANG! I fell to the floor along with my history books.
I looked up to see a boy with blonde hair and stunning blue eyes looking down at me. "Oh shit I'm so sorry! Here, let me help" he started to pick up my books as I got back on my feet. He handed me everything I had dropped and walked of with one last "sorry".
Well that was embarrassing I thought. I knocked on the door to my history class. A man probably in his mid 30s opened the door. "I'm so sorry I'm late, it won't happen again" I said to the man who I figured was the teacher and took a seat in the back of the class.
"I sure hope so, you're just lucky it's the first day." He said with attitude. My eyes widened a bit at the rudeness. I was expecting him to be much nicer.
He must've noticed my shock because right after he added "I'm just joking its fine". After that he went to the black bored and did what a normal teacher would do on the first day of school.
"Hello students, welcome to history class" he said with a smile. "I'm Mr. Easton and before we start we are going to go through the rules" he finished.
I heard some groans from all around the classroom. "Oh come on guys, smile" he said cheerfully. No one smiled except for me and two other people in the back of the room. "I'll tell you what" he said. That got their attention.
"If you guys at least pretend to care, ill let you out of class 5 minutes early" he finished. Nothing. "Ten." That got everyone chatting. "Ok, ok, settle down guys" Mr. Easton said. Once the room was quiet he added, "so? Deal?" Everyone either nodded their head or said 'yes' so Mr. Easton started going over the rules.
