Margot hadn't been to school since Charlie met her boyfriend. Charlie went around asking for Margot but no one wanted to respond. Charlie was an outcast once again, just like he was at his last schools. He was nothing without Margot.

As he opened up his locker to get his jacket to end the day, he saw her once again. Margot looked different, her eyeliner was messier than before and she had mascara underneath her eyes. Her hair even looked messier. Annalise was quick to walk up to Margot.

"Margot, there you are." Annalise face lit up, Margot just huffed at her and just walked past her. Margot walked towards Charlie, her heels clicked as she walked. She looked him right in the eyes, had she been crying he wondered.

"Charlie, you're right." she said as she crossed her arms and looked him directly in the eyes. Charlie took a deep breath, trying to think of what to respond. Thankfully Annalise was quick on her words.

"You're coming to my cottage right? Charlie can come with..." Annalise reminded Margot, right they were going to her cottage for halloween weekend.. Margot nodded, Annalise smiled hugely.

"Noah is coming as well, and Rosie!" she said with a huge smile on her face. Charlie hadn't even heard of those names, he just nodded exactly like Margot did.

"They're already waiting for us in the car! Come on!" Annalise dragged Margot's arm, Charlie just followed along side them. Annalise drove a Porsche, her parents owned a huge law firm. She wasn't anything like Margot, they still grew up together.

Margot had a small closet turned into a bedroom as her room while Annalise had her own small house in her huge garden. Margot always dreamed about being as wealthy as Annalise, those types of people always get away with everything, Margot's mother always told her.

In the backseat Charlie was squished in with Rosie and Noah. Noah was a Australian exchange student, he sat behind Charlie in math class and was very skilled in math. Rosie was on the other end of the spectrum, she was a stereotypical blonde, she once asked how to spell Wednesday.

"Oh you smell so funny!" she said as Margot passed them by, Margot sat in the front seat. She always did, that was her spot in Annalise's car. Margot scrunched her nose at Rosie.

"You smell so funny!" she mimicked her voice while laughing, Charlie started laughing too when Rosie gave him a death stare. Annalise turned up the radio to make them silence, the radio was playing we fell in love in October.

Charlie put in a earphone inside of his ear and glanced out of the window as they passed through orange forests, empty parks, seeing the sun go down in just an hour. Charlie felt his eyes getting heavy, he closed them and fell asleep.

"Charlie, Charlie! We're here!" Margot started shaking him. he opened up his heavy eyelids and stared at Margot standing right in front of him, behind Margot Annalise had a smile on her face. Behind her there was a huge white house with large windows and a large porch.

"I thought we were going to a cabin?" Charlie mumbled, the house in front of him was a lot bigger than his house or any house he had been at. Annalise pushed Margot away and dragged Charlie up by his arm.

It wasn't just a large house, the house had a tennis park, a lake and anything you would need to have a good weekend.

"Do you like it?" Annalise asked him while he turned his head to see everything. He nodded, Annalise and Margot headed into the house and Charlie followed them. Annalise was your stereotypical mean girl. She looked like the girls in early 2000s advertisements advertising weight loss. Her long blonde hair reached her waist and it was gently curled at the bottom. Margot and Rosie headed into to the kitchen, leaving Charlie with Annalise.

"Uhm, it's very big..." he was in shock, Annalise giggled back at him. Was it the fact that he didn't wear cologne that made her know that he wasn't wealthy or was it the way he constantly was turning his head to look at everything.

"Margot told me that you're a virgin." Annalise blurted out, Charlie froze like ice, even though Annalise's house was colder than the car. Margot said what? How did she even know that, Charlie wondered.

"It's totally fine that you are! It's so funny, it's not often you meet a virgin these days." Annalise said trying to break the silence, it just made things worse. Charlie felt like he wanted to fall into an endless hole right there and then. Charlie's face looked like he had seen a ghost, it was completely pale and the butterflies in his stomach tickled him.

Margot rushed out of the kitchen saving the awkward situation with crisps in her hand and of course shoved into her mouth. Rosie walking behind Margot looked even more stressed than Charlie.

"Is it fine if I eat these?" Margot said with a mouth already full of crisps.

"Of course, eat whatever you please. I'm on a diet." Annalise nodded her head while smiling. What is it with rich girls and their diets, Charlie wondered. Margot grabbed some crips from the bag and laid it on Charlies hand. He ate them, they tasted 2 weeks old, the flavour was completely gone.

"I know a fun idea, yeah? Truth or dare!" Rosie said, the girls looked completely thrilled with the idea, Charlie not so much. What questions were they even going to ask? Nothing to bad he hoped.
