Collage Rough Draft
People go to collage for many reasons. For some people collage is a necessity, for others it's a choice. People go to collage for many different reasons, especially for the results after. Most people go to collage for the degrees, and others go to college for the money they will get from said job. Collage is worth going to and the hardships, the dept and the non dept. It all depends on why you are going, and how you receive it.
Undoubtedly, everyone who studies hard and passes collage will get the degree they were studying for. First of all "About 80 percent of them now attend college right after high school. More than half have a bachelor's degree by age 25" (Page 403, pg 8, Nelson). There are so many more people with degrees then there are people without degrees. Those without degrees have less chance at a good paying job then those with degrees. Furthermore, the more people with college degrees, the more people there are with good jobs. "Attending graduate school provides an even bigger boost, earning recent, advanced-degree graduates ages 25 to 34 between 92 and 229 percent more than peers without a college degree, the study found" (page 413, pg 6, white). Therefore people should go to college for whatever they want.
Although people go to collage for the degrees, they also go to college for the money. The people who go to college and major in good subjects get a good job afterwards and in return gets an amazing pay. Those who go to college get a much better pay then those who only have a high school diploma. "Overall, recent collage grads aged 22 to 26 have earnings that are 83 percent higher then early-career workers who have only a high-school diploma, according to the study" (page 412, pg 5, white). The pay people get from there jobs is important to there life, to what they can afford. "According to the study, a recent collage graduate has a median earnings of about $37,000, which is about $1,000 more than an experienced worker aged 35 to 54 who only has a high school education" (page 421, pg 5, white). So many people want to be rich or wealthy, and collage is one step closer to doing that. Therefore collage is an amazing thing to do.
Evidently collage is something most people should do to be successful. Collage gives you good scores on your records, as in degrees, and a good paying job afterwards. Collage helps people be successful in life and complete there goals. People go to college for many reasons. Think about your future and if you wanna go to college, what would the reasons?
