[2021] Hiatus for What Actually?

"Take care of yourself."

Sunny smiles and nods before hugging Manager Yu-jin. After a few seconds, they broke the hug and Sunny enters the Mercedes-Benz followed by the female agent, a bodyguard, and a driver.

Sunny lowers her window and waved to Manager Yu-jin as the car began to drive out of the Manager Yu-jin's house compound.

After that, Sunny presses a button to close the window.

"Here's the things you need to know." The female agent named Kim Shi-yeon said as she handed Sunny a tablet. There were some files that Sunny was allowed to look at.

"When we reach the base later, you'll go through another health test. You'll start your training tomorrow. No excuses." Shi-yeon said. Sunny exhaled and nodded.

"You're going to be trained one-by-one. Not in a group since the director told us that you're a special trainee." Shi-yeon added before she puts on her face mask to cover her nose and mouth.

Sunny nodded.

She will be in the police institution for 3 months before continuing with EMT for a month. EMT is short-term for Emergency Medical Training. Basically, she's training to be a police and paramedic. But this is just a basic one. After 4 months of training, she will continue for another 5 months of training together with NIS, FBI, and the police association. She will also do fast-track practical training. She will join a team to solve cases. 

Since Sunny has been contributing a lot to the security team, she has become the main target of criminals to be brought down. She needs to solve cases and maybe sometimes, be face-to-face with criminals who want to fight her physically. 

So, the NIS, FBI, and government official police have decided to put Sunny for training. Physically and mentally. Just in case, she comes to a situation where she has no security team around her and needs to fight.

For now, she is under the protection of the police, FBI, and NIS. Not only in South Korea and Malaysia but also in China. She has been associating with China's security association too. 

Currently, Sunny was picked up by the NIS agent and will be transferred to a private training center for police and EMT on an island. They will head to the airport and then take a helicopter to reach the island. Sunny is the first trainee who was allowed to enter the island.

Right now, it is the center where NIS directors, high ranking agents' base is. Weapons are also stored on the island and everything is private and strictly, everything is confidential.

It took them about 45 minutes to reach Gimpo Airport and ride the helicopter. It was Sunny's first time riding a helicopter of course. She was a little scared but soon finds it fun to ride a helicopter.

It's just so loud even with the headphones on.

With the helicopter, it was faster to reach the island rather than using a car and then a boat. Of course, when we say, island, we think of ground and beach.

Sunny was confused when suddenly, a huge black hole formed in the water and it was like huge and heavy steel doors opened and the helicopter slowly gets inside of it. When Sunny saw the inside, she then understands that the training center is underwater.

As the helicopter slowly lands smoothly on the helipad, it was visible that 3 men were waiting outside the helipad, waiting for Sunny.

When the helicopter doors were open, Shi-yeon got out first and followed by Sunny behind her.

"Ms. Sunny," one of them smiled and offered his hands to her. She smiled and shake his hands, "Hi." The two other men just smile and nods to her.

"It's more hidden than I thought it would be." Sunny said as she looks around the room.
