[2021] Explanation to Dear-Lover

"Are you sure you're gonna be alright?" Manager Yu-jin asked.

"Yeah, don't worry. I'll take the subway or the taxi on my way home." I told her.

She exhaled and nodded, "Alright. But still, take care. Explain to him properly. Don't raise your voice. It'll just heat up the situation later on." She advised.

Sunny smiled blandly and nodded, "Thank you."

Manager Yu-jin smiled and nodded, "Off you go." She said.

Sunny then gets out of the car and closes the door. She entered the apartment building and signs her name at the counter before going to the level where The Boyz's dormitory is. Or specifically, the dorm where Sunwoo is living since they don't share an apartment with all the members at once.

When Sunny reached their dormitory, Sunny was still hesitant to ring the bell. She contemplated it over 10 times before finally reaching out to the bell and pressing it.

A few seconds later, the door was opened and to her surprise, it was Eric.

"Oh, Sunny! Hi!" He cheerfully greeted her.

"Hello," Sunny smiled and bowed.

"Oh, Sunwoo?" he asked her while pointing back inside.

"Is he home though?" Sunny asked him.

"Yeah. He is. Always on his phone... Probably waiting for you to text him." Eric said. Sunny smiled and looked down. Just by then, she remembered the souvenirs she brought for them.

"Oh, here. I nearly forgot. I bought some souvenirs for you guys. I hope you like them." Sunny said as she handed Eric two big plastic bags filled with souvenirs such as snacks, clothes' accessories, and so on.

"Aw, thank you! You were really so long gone... How have you been?" He asked her.

Sunny smiled, "Good, I guess?" She chuckled softly.

He chuckled, "Alright. I'll go call Sunwoo first. Thank you for these. I'll tell the other members it's from you. Let me call Sunwoo first." Eric said before scurrying into their dormitory.

Sunny exhaled and leaned onto the wall, trying to get herself back together. Believe it or not, it has been over 6 months since Sunny and Sunwoo haven't been in contact. What I mean by not in contact, is they practically, broke up. 

Or it's safer to say that they took a break from their relationship.

But Sunwoo's last text to Sunny was; "If you've come back and ready to mend our relationship, come and meet me. We'll have a talk to figure things out. I still need the explanation. I hope you have a good day."

When the door opens again, it was Sunwoo this time. Sunny immediately stood properly and looked at him.

"What are you doing here?" was his first question.

Sunny raised her eyebrows, "Um... to talk with you?" She said softly.

He looked at her and exhaled, "Let's go to the rooftop." He said while putting on his sandals and exiting his dorm. Sunny followed him from behind and they went to the rooftop of the apartment.

There was an open area and a bench to sit on. The two of them sat together and silence start to take over them, resulting in awkwardness.

Sunwoo eventually spoke, "When did you arrived Seoul?" he asked.

"Yesterday." Sunny replied softly.

"From where?" he asked again.

"L.A.," she replies.
