                                                             Kiss of a Siren-Secrets Submerged

"Lola's power is growing, Logan. Every day she gets a little bit stronger. Soon enough she will be more powerful than all of us combined," the beautiful siren tells me. "You need to have her complete trust. She cannot suspect that you are like us, because she will do all that she can to stop you. She will end up figuring out our whole plan, and if that happens, it's over. She'll kill us all, you realize that don't you?" The dark-haired beauty traces my jawline with the smooth skin on her fingertips.

I lean into her touch, enjoying the caresses I have missed so much. It's been far too long that I've had to spend away from my love, away from my life. I know that in the end it will all be worth it, once we can be together again. Forever this time. I won't let her down, I know I can do this.

"You know I want this just as badly as you do. I want nothing more than to spend every waking minute with you...forever." I smile and lean in closer to her, breathing in her scent, enjoying the closeness that I've been craving for so long now. "This won't end up like every other time, I promise. This time it's over for good. This will all end soon and we will never have to worry about her again, okay? Ever." I run my fingers through her silky hair, then I pull her towards me and kiss her plump, red lips.

"Mmm...you taste so good," she whispers, then she bites my lower lip playfully. She nibbles until she draws blood, and then sucks on my lip to enjoy the sweet, red liquid. "You're mine, Logan. She will never have you, not as long as I am alive."

I smile against her mouth right before our tongues intertwine again. She is perfect. There is nothing I wouldn't do for her, and there is nothing we can't accomplish together. Lola will not live to be reborn again. This time, her life is over for good. Once we steal her powers, she will no longer be reincarnated at death. No more Lola, and no more problems for us. We will finally have complete freedom from the wrath and destruction of Lola. That is all we have ever wanted, is to be able to live, kill, and turn whoever we want to. Lola will never allow this type of behavior because she still believes in protecting humanity. Screw humanity, they're all worthless anyways. She's got to go.

"You sure this will work? It's just as simple as stealing her powers?" I ask her between kisses.

"It has to work. This is our only hope, and from what the older sirens tell me, this has worked before on sirens who reincarnate every time they die. We've been trying to kill her for good for centuries now, and this time she is not getting away. This time, it's different, we're different. Taking Lola's powers along with her immortality will make us the most powerful sirens around. We'll be invincible." She sighs and then smiles widely at me.

Her smile is beautiful, and seeing it reminds me of Lola. Lola has the most beautiful smile I have ever seen. Her and I are meant to be, we're soul-mates and always will be. For centuries it hasn't worked out, because Lola always ends up trying to kill us. We always have a way of finding out her plan, and we have to end up killing her first. As much as I always wished things could work out with Lola and I, the past always ends up repeating itself. She'll never let us be who we are meant to be. I had to give up hope eventually, it was useless. Lola and I are nothing alike, and sadly she will never fully accept who we are and what we do.

We are sirens. We are blood-thirsty, manipulative, powerful creatures, and she doesn't want anything to do with that. I wish there was a way to convince her that we aren't terrible creatures, and a way to convince her that we would be so much more powerful if we were all together. It's useless though. She never wants anything to do with any of us once she sees what we are capable of doing to people. Lola is too good and much too pure to be a siren. Whether our group turned her, or a different group of sirens were to do it, she will always become a siren, and the most powerful one at that. Being a siren is her destiny, and fate never will never forget her no matter how many times she is reincarnated. I only hope we can succeed in stealing her powers.

"Things are about to change for us, huh? Finally. We've been dreaming of this possibility for so long now. I really can't believe it's actually going to happen. Freedom once and for all," I say, mostly to myself.

"Will you miss her when she's gone?" Big blue eyes pierce straight through my soul, attempting to search my mind for the answer.

I swallow thickly, "No, of course not. You're my one and only. It's always been you and you know that." I brush my wet, blonde hair out of my eyes, and start to head towards the shore. "I should probably go. She has already been suspicious of me since you came back around. I need to work very hard to convince her that I am fine. That means I won't always be able to see you when you want me to, you understand that, right?" I glance over at her, and she stops swimming for a moment and just stares at me.

She rolls her eyes, then pushes her elegant body through the water again. "I get it Logan. You have to make this work. Whatever it takes, I'll just have to deal with it. Then I can finally have you all to myself," the evil laugh that follows her words sends a shiver down my spine.

As much as I love this woman, she scares the crap out of me sometimes. I'm not sure I ever know what she is really thinking or feeling, which leaves me wondering if I really know her at all. Maybe I don't, who knows. She is my world though and always will be. She's the light of my life, and if not for her, I'm sure I would already be dead. Centuries ago, actually. Without her, I am nothing

We reach the shore and our tails are quickly taken over by our human forms. As I stare at her naked body under the moonlight, I cant help admire how it glistens beautifully. She's tan, long-legged, and absolutely perfect. Her dark, almost black hair nearly sparkles as she wrings the water out into the sand. She smiles seductively at me, then wiggles her finger in a come here motion. She wants me. This beautiful, flawless, sexy woman wants me, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

"You're staring again, Logan," she croons in a sing-song tone.

Her smile widens as I slowly head towards her, wanting to be as close to her as possible. "You love it when I stare. Almost as much as you love it when I do this..." I lean in and I kiss her...hard

The kiss is long, rough, and passionate. I grab a handful of her hair with one hand, and pull her into my arms with the other. She wraps her long, perfect legs around my torso, and moans quietly. As we collapse into the sand, we giggle as our lips are forced apart for a moment.

"You know, you've gotten much better at this over the years, Logan." She whispers into my lips. "You are very sexy," she tells me, and her eyes are dancing with excitement.

"You're not so bad yourself. You're the most sexy, amazing woman I have ever known. You are my everything, Meredith." I reply, and I know that I mean every word I say.

Meredith always has a way of bringing out the honest parts of myself. With her I cannot seem to lie. I enjoy this perfect moment with the love of my life, and try to push the thoughts of Lola out of my mind. I have to go back to her soon, and I have to hide my real relationship from her. It is getting harder and harder every day, so hopefully I can continue to keep up with the façade. All I know is this: Meredith is all I have ever wanted, and I will do anything to make her happy. If that means killing Lola, then so be it. I have to do what is best for the woman I love.
