Chapter 1

Elizabeth Swan was unconscious and chained to a tree with her arms bound tightly together and pressed harshly against the bark she was bound against. Her arms were bleeding heavily as the rest of her body hung limply against the chains that crossed over her body holding her securely in place, never shifting or moving from their places upon her body.

Elizabeth was breathing heavily as she sat as still as she could while tied to the tree, she was tired and knew if she fell asleep now she would almost willingly turn into the monster that had bitten and clawed at her the day she was taken from her home.

Elizabeth closed her eyes and carefully moved her head to lay back against the tree, Elizabeth sighed softly as she listened to the forest around her. She could hear creatures running around and two pairs of footsteps that sounded nearby, she could hear some wolves playing nearby with their young, she could hear everything that was around her, she could hear the ocean waves hitting the beach while she heard people playing with each other and children ran after each other as adults sat gossiping about people and watching their kids, but all she could really focus on was the two pairs of feet that had started walking closer and closer towards where she lay tied up in silver chains that had long last lost their purpose in doing.

Elizabeth breathed slowly and counted the steps they took from the trail they had left only moments ago, Elizabeth wanted to be free and run towards the ocean waves she had heard moments before, Elizabeth tested the chains again and hissed out in annoyance when she heard the hiss of the chains burning away at her skin again but smiled softly to herself when she felt the chains that were by her wrist slip down to her hands that lay uninjured now started to burn as the effect of silver started to take place.

Elizabeth bit her lip as she held back the cries of pain that wanted to escape her as she slowly wiggled her arms up and down as the chains started to slip faster and faster as she clenched her jaw and caught all the now loose chains in her hands as she slowly got free of her confinement.

Elizabeth carefully listened to the footsteps getting nearer and froze when she heard them closer, nearly to the tree she was chained up to. She slowly bent backwards as she dropped the chains behind her.

Elizabeth slowly lowered herself as she looked down at the four chains the crisscrossed over her body and slowly backed herself against the tree and maneuvered her legs in front of her to try and stand up.

Elizabeth closed her eyes and bit her lip hard as she felt the chains fall off her shoulders and caught at her already damaged elbows that were burned so badly that you could nearly see the bones of her arms, Elizabeth turned her head away as she mentally cried out in pain when the chains burned harshly at the muscles in her elbows, Elizabeth moved her arms in closely to behind her body and winced in pain when she felt the two chains that were held against her body drop down into her shins then dropped onto her bare feet and ankles which had finally made her scream out loudly in agony when the silver quickly took effect on her.

Elizabeth fell to her knees and rolled away from the tree and slowly crawled towards the bushes that were nearby and hid in them as she heard the rapid footsteps that hurried quickly to where she had been tied previously for six whole weeks.

Elizabeth was weak and so was the wolf that was inside of her, Elizabeth turned her head slowly and looked over to see two fairly tall men that were bulky, One had red hair and the other had blond hair with dreads and they stank with the stench of rouge Lykens(Latin term) that had been bitten not too long ago. Elizabeth closed her eyes as she watched the two men quietly converse, she needed to gather information as to where she was, she missed her pack and needed to get back to them sooner or later.
