I was getting dressed to make an appearance to the mandatory meeting called. All I could think was what had almost happened last night. It was a moment of bliss. I understand more why David didn't want to "defile my purity" It sort of bugged me. After dying and being reborn I still have to follow rules with extreme consequences. What other girl faces the consequence of the world ending if she wants to break her virginity. I finished combing my hair and made my way downstairs. Everyone was waiting for me in the large foyer. It's the center of the palace. I got the feeling we were not having the meeting in the Throne Room.. I greeted them with a smile but I received nothing in return. Chrystanni began walking and we all followed her. She went to the opposite end of the staircase but there was no door there. It was a wall. As we got closer I noticed a contraption of sorts. It was round shiny and silver. Chrystanni touched something because the thing started changing. Now it looked like a small bowl. She summoned me to come to the door. I timidly met her where she stood. "Molly, I'm too weak to draw my blood. My blood runs in your veins. Do it." She handed me a dagger to give my offering. I held my arm over the bowl and slid the blade across my skin. As my blood filled the bowl it began to glow and the apparatus went back into the wall. Then the wall changed. Instead of a flat wall it was now an archway full of wonders. 

It reminded me of a cave but much more elaborate. The walls were gold and stone shelves made of marble and diamond. I saw portraits of different people in time. Ancient armer and all the things you'd see a family of royalty wear. Finally we reached a room. A large stone table made of the amazing mixure of marble and diamond. There was glowing white stone in the center held by golden claws. It was beautiful. So how I knew it held great value. Not because it was beautiful or one of a kind. I sensed a power in it.  

"Molly" said the queen breaking my gaze from the stone. Everyone had been seated. I joined them at the table.

" Everyone grab your neighbors hand." said Chrystanni. We all joined hands and formed a circle. Everyone started chanting. I didnt know the language so I tried to follow along as best as I could. I didnt know what was happening but I was feeling weird. That orb had immence power and the spell was somehow connecting me with the orb. I had no idea what was going to happen. No one explained anything they just brought me here. My skin was tingling. I felt like I was losing the heat in my body but somehow I felt stronger. Maybe invincible. 

The chanting had stopped. David and Fiona looked like they were staring at a ghost. Chrystanni knew exactly what was going on though. 

"Why are you guys looking at me like that? Chrystanni what happened?" I asked.

"Molly, your transparent. We can see right through you." Said David.

"What the hell! Was this supposed to happen! You do these spells and dont even tell me whats going on. Why?!"

"Daughter, you must be calm. You have absorbed some of the Great Orb and we dont know what your capable of. Temporarily, you are no longer able to touch flesh. It was nessacary. One mistake can ruin everything. You must fulfil your destiny without error child. You are the future Goddess and you must start acting like it. I'm.... I am fading.

"This isnt fair! I didnt ask for any of this. I'm reborn and I'm supposed to suddenly be a different person. Well I'm not. I'm a girl and i dont know what I'm supposed to do. How am I supposed to save the world. I'm just a fucking girl."  The goddess was dying but i couldnt handle anything right now and i ran away.
