Wool Sweater

Chap 1

Zeke and Ben were out clothes shopping.

'Hey, look at this wool sweater with the kitties on it. I think Mic will like this.' Ben said, holding the sweater up.

'You sure? It's not too cheesy, right?' Zeke asked.

'Not at all. Girls go crazy over this stuff.'

Zeke agreed to buy the sweater.

That night, he gave the sweater to Mic.

'Oh Zeke, I love it!'

'It was Ben's idea, he said, you'd like it.' Zeke replied, proud.

'Well, he's always had good taste in wool sweaters. Except that 1 time he got me a sweater with bats on it. That wasn't so cute.' Mic remarked.

'Maybe he thought you were in some teenage punk rock mood.' Zeke suggested.

'He did. I wasn't. I was mostly into cute stuff. Got teased a lot for it at school because everyone was into punk or goth.'

'Kids can be cruel. I got teased once for having a goatee.'

Mic smirked. 'Bet you looked real cute.'

'I thought I did too. Except even my parents teased me about it. I ended up shaving it off after a couple of days.' Zeke replied.

'Well personally, I'd like to see you try and grow a goatee.'

He did try, but Mic didn't think it was pretty cute after all.
