Tidus's POV:

It's Christmas Eve morning, and my family and I are chilling in the living room.

"Hey Tidus, Juniper, go get the presents and put them under the Christmas tree. Your dad and I are going out to shop for gifts for our relatives," My mom told us.

And that was the moment I realized that I forgot to get presents.

When my parents left the house, I quickly rushed to my room to check my wallet. I didn't have enough money to get presents. I used them all on a new gaming setup last week because my old one was broken. I panicked and checked my drawers to see if I have any money left. The answer was a definite no. I thought, "Maybe I can sell some stuff that I don't need anymore to earn some money." So I packed some unwanted games and books into my backpack. I took a mat with me, to put the stuff on it, and went outside. I walked to The Grand Road, where it was quite crowded. I thought I had a better chance of selling the stuff when there were more citizens.

I placed the mat onto the side of a path, and put the games and books onto it. I tried to ask passing citizens if they wanted to buy anything. They either ignored me or declined. I sighed in frustration as it was already afternoon. When I started to pack, thinking that I won't have any presents to give to my family the next day, a cat with a long fancy dress walked over to me, and asked, "Can I get that recipe book over there in the corner? I think my friend would like it." I nodded, with a hint of hope shining in my eyes, "Sure! Um, how much do you want to pay for it?" She thought for a little while and said, "Here, take this, I know I'm overpaying but, merry Christmas!" She opened her wallet handed me a thousand dollars. I gasped at the money, "Wow thank you! This is enough for buying presents for my  whole family! Thank you so much!" She smiled and put her wallet back into her bag, and drived away in her Land Rover.

I smiled at the money, then packed my bag. I looked at the ground and saw a wallet lying there. I picked it up and realized belonged to the cat who bought my book. I looked up, but she was gone, so I checked to see if the wallet had her address. Some passing citizens stared at me in awe, whispering that the princess bought my book. The princess? Is that true?

I took out a piece of paper, which had her name and address on it. Skyler? The palace? What is this? I thought for a while, "Maybe it's that big building over there." I walked to the building, or should I say, palace.
