"Hey, wake up."
'Just 2 more minutes..'
"Dude, we're almost here. Don't make us leave ya behind-"
"I'm awake-!" The boy exclaimed, only to see it's just his sister.
"Sup, thought you passed out for good." They chuckled, the boy just rolled his eyes. "Har-har, very funny. Wait, are we actually-?" He couldn't finished his sentence as the plane they're on already landed, "Yep." "I figure.."
After they take their stuff and followed the man, which presumably is the father of those two kids, to a taxi then went inside. He felt like it's been hours which he didn't mind, as long as he get to talk to his sis while their dad's talking to the driver for getting to know their new home.
'Why are we here again? Oh yeah, Pa's got a job here. How thrilling..' He thought miserably, he's gonna think this new life is gonna be boring like back at his hometown. He doesn't have close friends, but his older sister does but only 3 or 4 of them left her and only leaves them 2 friends that never left their side. He looked over to see her chatting in a group chat with their friends, it stayed like that for a while until they noticed her brother looking, "You bored, Ty?" Tyler finally snapped out and nodded, "Y-yeah, sorry for peeking without permission, Rikky.." Riko just sighed then pat his fluffy hair, "It's fine, at least I can sense your bored energy." He just nodded then leaned onto their shoulder, almost shutting his eyes.
Riko, still patting his hair, "I'll shake ya when we get there, okay?" He nodded while yawning, "Okay." And with that, he finally shut his eyes. She stayed silent for a while until they realized something, "Hey Pa, where we..there yet?" Luke, their father, looked over his shoulder then to the front again to see a small town becoming closer and closer.
"Surprisingly, yeah."
