The Party

Well the week actually flew by once I got use to it. Chase and Rebecca are my closes friends. I'm also friends with Whitney and Paige. They are really cool. Paige is the crazy, daring, loud type and Whitney is the funny shy type. To be honest none of the people in our group are alike. Chase cocky and funny. Rebecca girly and talkative. Me? I don't really know. I'm shy but not around them. I am talkative.

Amber well she is still attracted to MY mate but she's hooking up with Eric, the guy from Health. From all the gossip going around, they use to date for a long time but just stopped because noting 'exciting' was happening. Oh well, I don't care anyways. It's Friday the day of the party and were at lunch. Rebecca is wanting us to do a test on her. A friend test to see if we know anything about her. I read the questions silently.

Fav kid movie? Shark Tales

Fav color? Pink

Fav book? This ones hard..... She hates reading. Ummm. I don't know.

Fav store? Cato's or Rue 21

Fav make up? Ummm....... Lip gloss.

After I answer the five questions I hand it back to her. Well four technically, but who cares? Henry's just staring at me with a dazed smile. I smile as his eyes catch mine. We both get lost for a minute and I blush at the intense look he's sending me. He chuckles and kisses my cheek. Rebecca smiles.

" Ann's I don't hate reading I just prefer not to waste my time, when I could be shopping. " She says informally. I nod.

" Okay." I reply. She just shrugs and eats her apple.

" Anna." Henry whispers. I look over at him and raise an eye brow.

" Yes Henry?" I ask, whispering back. He smiles.

" Do you still want to go to that party later?" He asks. I nod. " Okay."

After that we just talk about random things. Really random things. When lunch is over, sadly, we go to our next class. Mines study hall. As I'm walking I hear a loud screaming noise in a room. What the heck? I go to the door and open it, wishing I hadn't. That's going to be an image graved into my head until I'm dead. The young hot principle, Mr Wane, was just 'heavily' making out with..... Amy? Oh my gosh. I quickly walk out shutting the door and leaving the scene.

Then I briskly walk to study hall. Thane is sitting there smiling. I walk up to him quickly. He looks at me shocked. He knows that I know a about him being mates with Rebecca. He also knows the it annoys the crap out of me. Hopefully in the future they will work it out. After quickly finishing my homework, I go to fifth period. Which is math, Ergh. We do our work quietly until the teacher says stop. When he does we trade papers with the person next to us and we grade. My person happens to be Chase. He gets a hundred as do I. Every time we switch and grade I always choose Chase.

When math ends I go to ELA. My favorite class. Henry sits beside me and 'secretly' holds my hand, even though I'm sure mostly everyone can see, including the teacher. He rubs his thumb across my knuckle. I smile over at him and he winks. My parents have really gotten to love Henry, and I feel like I do too. But I'm not wanting to admit it, at least not until the right time. We work on our vocabulary test until the end of class. When I'm done I untangle my hand from Henry's and walk up to turn it in. The teacher looks at me and smiles. I smile back before returning to my seat.

Henry smiles and gets up to turn his in. When he's back he grabs my hand once again, running his thumb across my knuckle. He brings my hand up and lays his warm lips on it for a kiss. I feel my heart skip a beat and my face heats up. He winks causing me to giggle.

The party starts in an hour. I'm currently getting ready. I change into a strapless red dress that comes to mid-thigh. My hair is curled falling over my shoulders. I put some light make up on consisting of mascara, eye liner, and some red lip stick. Once I'm done, the door bell rings. Perfect timing. I walk down the steps and answer the door to see a very handsome Henry. He gives me a charming smile. His brown eyes are warm and kind.
