How I met the one I would fall for.

befor you read let me tell you this is my first story sorry for any mistakes and tell me any ideas that you may have that can help me.

Let me just say, before you read the story of my up and down life ,yes my life has been shitty  but let me tell you something,life isnt always bad sometimes something or someone can bring happiness to your shitty life when you least expect it.

“why did I ever decide to move “ I grumbled to myself while I looked at all the boxes in the moving truck.

 

“Alrighty haylee we put the furniture where you told us to, anything else?” the big burly man that I’ve known practically all my life said

 

“no that's fine henery I think I can get the rest”I replied with a smile

 

“well then I better get goin’ or charlett will have my head tonight' sdate night” he said with a roll of his eyes.

 

“well thanks again henery I’ll see you tommorro”

Me and steve go to college together but we’ve known each other since childhood I moved in with him when I was seventeen when he found out that I was beat regularly he made me promise to move in with him so he could protect me because everytime i moved my he would track me downand make me come back with him then he would beat me again henery found out about it and since I wouldn’t let him tell the police he made me move in with him so he could make sure it would never happen again we evn moved to a different state because he kept showing up I made a vow the day we moved I would never say his name again and I havent since.

I picked up a large box and headed to my place as I got to the door I got my keys to unlock my door but dropped them

“dammit” I grumbled to myself

 

“here let me get that for you” I heard as I looked up into the sea green eyes of a man about my age.

 

“thanks” I said as he opened my door for me I walked into my living room and set the box down

 

“I live next door, I thought you could use some help” he said smiling

 

“well if you want I guess you can I’m all on my own my help had an emergancy she needed to tend to” I said smiling back

I walked back down the hall “I’m haylee”  

 

“ I’m blake nice to meet you “ he said

 

Three hours later...

 

“thank you so much” I said

 

“no problem I had a fun time” he said smiling

 

“as soon as I get this place decent I’d like to envite you over for dinner one night” I told him

 

“thats alright with me”he said hugging me goodbye “goodnight” he said walking to the door

“ you too” I said watching him leave I turned around to the boxes when I heard the door close “ this is gonna be fun “I said to myself as I began unpacking stuff.
