Elaine's P.O.V

Torn, crushed, shattered. Single words that explain my broken emotions. I'd look into his eyes, and feel like I was home. I felt.. safe! Not alone, unlike how I've been feeling for a long time. The wind began blowing through my hair, making strands stick to my wet cheeks. Sniffling, and whimpering, I closed my eyes.

"Is everything alright?" The man in charge of the boat questioned. His eyes not showing much sympathy. I'm assuming he only cared about how much Harry Styles was going to pay him. I crossed my arms, and nodded my head. I heard the footsteps of Harry behind me. I walked onto the bench, and sat down. Head, and eyes lowered, I hid from him. Not showing him my pain. The sadness smothered across my face.

The skyline was glimmering with a soft, glowing light. I burried my face in my hands. Hoping everything would just dissapear. The feeling inside, the flashing memories of him and I. His kiss making a light impact. I somehow felt his lips on mine. I furiously bit my lower lip, causing the taste of copper and blood cover my lower lip.

"Shit!" I shouted to myself as I quickly brought up my t-shirt to wipe away the warm substance.

"Damn it Elaine!" Harry quickly snapped while grabbing a hold of my hand. He moved it from my mouth, and looked deep into the cut. I took a quick

glimpse of his face. His eyes were red, and swollen. His nose slightly red. His lips were lightly parted as he focused on me.

"Please don't" I said while moving his hand. I couldn't handle seeing him. Especially in such pain. I'm such a bitch, but I stated the truth. This wouldn't work anyways. The pain I've suffered to lose someone else was overbearing. I wasn't going to go through it all over again.

My hands stuffed deep into my pockets, nose dripping, eyes swelling from the tears. I walked up the three flights of stairs with Harry following behind. We soon enough reached our floor. The whole car ride was silent. Thanfully the papparazzi didn't show up when we reached the hotel. I slid the room key out of my pocket.

He was at least kind enough to walk me to my room. What a gentleman. While facing the door, I closed my eyes. Not being able to handle the silence. I turned to see Him. His eyes a deep green.

"Please don't take this the wrong way Harry.." I said quietly. His eyes almost emotionless. "I couldn't imagine never speaking to you ever again.. I just can't feel.. that way for you.." I said slowly lifting my head to see his eyes in an almost straight angle.

"Goodnight" he spoke. His head lowered. I was so crushed by the fact he didn't hug me goodnight. Although I guess in a way.. that was all my fault. But I couldn't let the smothering guilt control my thoughts and actions.

"Goodnight Harry" I whispered once as he turned away. His long, limber legs walking in a dragging manner. His hands quickly drew to his face, most likely to furiously rub his tears away. I opened the door, and entered the room.

The room was quiet, but my thoughts weren't. Infernal hatrid for myself, and the groups career swirled deep into my burning head. With a pounding headache, I quickly went towards the bathroom. I searched for any asprin bottles. Thankfully there was.

I cupped some water in my hands from the sink, and swallowed two pills. Looking into the mirror, I felt as if nothing in the world was even worth living for.

Valerie's P.O.V

"I'll be right back" I sang towards the group of boys anxiously waiting for the video game I was going to bring. While skipping down the long hallway, I walked passed Harry. His eyes were red, and wet. His nose sniffling every couple seconds.
