Puppet Combo games are mostly horror games. Most dealing with very dark subjects when talking about the murders.
If things such as

Blood
Violence
Mention of sexual assault<Will not be showing this at all though just mentions>
Mention of torture
Weapons
Corpses
Make you uneasy then you are free to leave.
Those who end up still staying just know that there will be no actual sexual acts drawn out, but blood and gore may appear.
Everyone uses foul language here too, but that ain't really the worse things to come out of their mouths.
