The Madrigals were about to go about their normal business when they got teleported to a room. Mirabel walked around, somehow knowing where they were. She sighed, knowing that one day this would this would happen.
She walked up to the tv and read the note that was on there. 'You have been teleported here to react to your selves. It will go from the beginning til the very end. Each song will play, (sorry mirabel). When the movie is done you may ask questions. Each of you will be given a remote to pause the movie. Don't abuse this power or you will be kicked out or won't have it anymore.'
She read slow and had a smile, not her normal cheery smile, on her face. Her tio Bruno walked up to her. He whispered something in her ear and she nodded. Family outcasts stick together through and through (A/N remember this! It will come up). Once Mira sat done everyone followed suit.
As the movie started playing everyone saw the five year old Mira with su Abuela. Mira looked at her Abuela with disgust and anguish. It wasn't her fault that she didn't get a gift. She just was, special, in her own way. The movie fast forward to the day of her celebration. The real Mira looked at the tv with a look of boredom.
The movie kept playing until someone paused it. "So what did happen after her ceremony?" Camilo asked. Mira sighed. "I locked my self in my room. I took up stress drawing in a spare notebook. After a while a started doing something else to vent." She said, putting emphasis on the word else. Everyone looked at her, not knowing how to respond.
