When you're hurt, stressed, depressed, & have things bottled up you tend to let things eat at you, it makes you feel trapped, like you're not even yourself, you're living in the moment of a dark cloud over your head but keep in mind, storms always pass! Letting go & freeing yourself is not something that's going to happen overnight, it's going to take time & there is no time limit, take as much time as you need!

Steps On How To Let Go & Free Yourself.

1. Know The Benefit's Of Letting Go.

ASK YOURSELF!

2. Forgive.

When someone does you wrong it will usually cause you pain for a while. You can either let it to continue to hurt you or you can choose to forgive. Don't focus on forgiving because it's something you're supposed to do, do it because you're changing as a person & want to let that hurt go & be free!

3. Accept.

When you accept what someone has done to you it makes it easier to let go! When you are still struggling in your mind against what has happened, you're feeding that memory with more energy. When you accept it, it becomes less powerful in your mind.

4. Focus On What You Have Control On In Your Life (The Present).

By reliving the past over & over again you're not really changing anything unless you have a time machine, living in the present is a way to let go and be free of the past.

5. LET GO!

Remember to always focus on the positive of situations, never hold on to negative thoughts or situations because when you hold on that's when it becomes harder to let go!
