Disaster at UA

Marinette's POV

Today class was slower than usual and people were constantly glancing at me, more than likely because of yesterday. Soon enough it was time for homeroom and Aizawa Sensei stood up at the podium.

"Alright, everybody shut up and listen closely." Aizawa Sensei said and everybody immediately listened. "You need to pick your class rep and vice rep, I don't care how you do it so long as you don't wake me up." With that he laid back down and went back to sleep.

People started shouting over each other and nobody could understand what was being said. In the end Iida came up with the idea to do an anonymous vote. Yaoyorozu tallied the votes and it was almost unanimous. I had all but one vote and that one went to Yaoyorozu herself from me.

"Thank you for your trust but I cannot accept." I said, surprising everybody. "Before you ask why, it's because of me being a teaching assistant for the heroics class and as such I'm not an available option. Yaoyorozu is class rep and she can pick who her vice rep is." With that I walked back to my seat and Yaoyorozu picked Iida as her vice rep and then Aizawa seemingly floated into a standing position behind the podium.

"That's all the time we've got for homeroom so go and get yourselves some lunch before heroics class." Aizawa ordered and everybody left to get something to eat.

We were all sitting down and talking amongst each other when somebody slammed their elbow into the back of my head but I just went on eating and ignored the throbbing in my head to the surprise of everybody, including whoever hit me.

"You of the lowly class 1-A dare to ignore myself of the highly esteemed 1-B!" The person said indignantly.

"I'm sorry, did you hurt your elbow?" I asked him still not looking at him.

"As if a member of the lowly class 1-A could ever hurt me." He scoffed.

Next thing I heard was somebody hit him and he dropped next to me on the seat causing me to scoot over a bit and wind up next to Jiro causing me to blush a bit but repress it to deal with the situation at hand.

"I'm sorry about him, he has a bit of a superiority complex." A girl said and I turned to look at her and when I did she gasped and started bowing in apology repeatedly.

"You don't need to do that." I said trying to get her to stop. "You don't have to apologize, you did nothing wrong."

Out of nowhere an alarm rang and everybody started to panic until Iida pulled a third year aside and asked what was going on and he said something about an intruder inside UA. This got even our classes to panic and try to rush out and they took us along with them. somewhere along the line something or someone slammed into my back but I ignored it for the time being when I spotted reporters trying to get into UA. I transformed which caused everybody to pause because of the flash of light and turn to look at me.

"Everybody calm down, you're safe here." I said and I could hear people sigh in relief and I saw everybody relax. "Class Reps please get your classes back to your classrooms safely and calmly, Vice Reps help your Class Rep in any way you can." I ordered and people started doing what they were told. "Everybody is safe, it's just the press."

As people were leaving I de-transformed and I felt the spot where something had hit my back and it turns out it was something sharp based on the blood running down my back. I kept my back to the wall and away from everybody's eyes until I heard somebody freak out about them bleeding and when I got to them it was a class 1-B student. I used a cloth and gently wiped the blood away and realized he didn't have an injury.

"That's where one of the blades from my quirk pop out, I stabbed somebody." He started to panic and hyperventilate so I pulled him into a hug to soothe him.
