What is life without Christ?

It's just like an uncompleted building in which one can throw any sorts of refuge in it. However, when you've got Christ you're made whole (a completed building). No one can walk in uninvited to throw refuge. Why? Because you're shielded by God. The one who has made you complete. The Bible says, "for we are complete in Him which is the head of all principalities and powers." (Colossians 2:10). Having Christ in you makes you complete in all ramifications of life. Christ in you, is the hope of Glory.

Without God, life is meaningless. No matter the number of cars, houses, children, shoes, clothes, bags, and amount of money in your bank account, these are all nothing if you've not got God in you. King Solomon said, "everything in this life are all vanity upon vanity." Now, is it wrong to have these things? No! It's good to have them because God wants us to live a comfortable life here on earth. However, the problem lies in taking those things you have to be more valuable than God. Matthew 6:33 says, "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, every other thing shall be added unto you."

This is the formula;
Seek God first ----- Wealth comes.
Seek wealth first ----- There will be happiness but no Joy.

When you seek God earnestly, everything you so desire will come running to you. However, when you seek wealth first and abandon God, you won't have Joy rather all you'll get is an empty life filled with fake happiness.

Happiness ----- Seeing you achieve what you so much desire makes you happy and not having them makes you sad. Acquiring everything life has to offer makes you happy but there comes a time when you feel empty and not satisfied.

Joy ----- When you are in Christ, you've got unlimited Joy. You're not bothered if you've got material things or if life seems not be going on well rather you're are focused on what God has said concerning your life knowing that what God has promised, He will definitely bring it to pass. No matter the trial, you're not sad. You've still got Joy in you because you know where you are coming from, where you are and where you're going to. People's remark do not bother you anymore. Why? Because you've got Jesus Joy in you, the kind of Joy that gives satisfaction.
