My family has a code, and by the code you live by it, or you die by it or there would be some consequences if you mess up or disloyal of the Organization its wraps and that's it. Anyway, hopefully it won't have any consequences soon, but honor and loyalty are the main things that are important in this organization. My parents taught me respect and the hustle and you have to make some choices that are going to be hard if you want to be successful in business. I thought to myself, my parents are right on this. It takes time and discipline, and that's what I learned from my parents. Earn respect and you will get respected in the organization. That's what my parents said to me: in order to run and take control of it, learn from your mistakes as well. With honor and loyalty, some families won't respect you unless you prove to them you can hold your own and be a leader. I told my parents I can handle the pressure if it comes to a point where families want to take over control of my family organization. I will stop them by any means necessary.
