Park Chaeyoung's POV
Jisoo and I were school enemies and we fight all the time but that all changed because of a one dare. I was dare to make her fall in love, I was given a month to do it. I thought it will be as hard as living but I was surprised when I approach her on my first day. First I said sorry to her and so did she, after that I told her that I wanted to be friends with her.
Time passes and we always hangout every single day, I was slowly getting used to her which I think is strange. We do a lot of stuff every day, I didn't notice that I already fell in love with her. Jisoo is a really fragile girl but really competitive, she's the quiet type but if you try to fight her she will definitely fight back. She's a straight A student and I often see her at the library studying about this one particular book. It's strange that she's studying about noncommunicable disease, I got curious and read it too whenever I have a time. It's a book about a non contagious illnesses and disease, I wonder why is she reading that book.
You see Jisoo has a very weak stamina, she can easily get tired and every Friday she's absent which made me curious. I once followed her from her house, yes I know their house because we sometimes hang out there. I followed her and she went to a hospital, I wonder what is she doing there. After she left I went inside the doctor's office that she was at earlier. I asked the doctor and he said that Jisoo have a heart disease, I was shocked. I asked the doctor is there a possibility that Jisoo will die and what he said was more shocking, Jisoo only have a month to live. I didn't notice that I was already crying at what the doctor said, I said thank you to the doctor before leaving.
The next day I told Jisoo that we should hangout and she agreed. I took her to a non-academic places so she won't get all worked up, at the end of our so called friendly date I took us to the park and we sat under the dark night. "Jisoo." I called to her. "Hmm?" She Hummed. "I like you." I confessed. "I like you too." She said which made me to look at her. "Don't be shocked, I like you as a friend Chaeyoung." She said which made me sad. "I like you as a woman Jisoo, I want you to be my girlfriend." I said. "We can't, it's complicated." She said. "Can you tell me why?" I begged. "No." She chuckles. "But to be honest, I want you to be my girlfriend too." She said. "Then why don't we date each other?" I asked. "I don't want you to get hurt Chaeyoung." She said as she looked directly in my eyes.
Her eyes is full of emotions but I can see how sad she is. I was hooked by her eyes and didn't notice that I was already leaning in for a kiss, our lips touched on the softest way as possible. Our kiss is full of emotion and love, I can feel a tear fall from my eyes as soon as she pulled away. "I'm sorry Chaeyoung but the reason why I always bicker with you is because I'm scared that you will love me." She confessed. "I don't want you to get hurt because, I'm dying." She said as I kept a straight face. "I hop-" I cut her off. "Let's be together, let's spend your remaining time together." I said. "Chaeyoung." She utter as tears started falling from her eyes. "That's my wish before you leave me." I said before standing up, I took my hand out for her. "Where are we going?" She asked. "Somewhere we can be alone together." I smiled, she took my hand before standing.
I brought her to my condo. "This is where we're going to stay together until your last breath." I said with a big smile. "We'll make lots of memories in here." I added. "We're not going to attend classes anymore, it'll be just you and me." I said. "We need to study Chaeyoung." She protest. "You don't need that and so do I, from now on we will only need each other." I said as I pulled her with me to sit on the couch. "But you know I'm going to die Chaeyoung." She said. "I don't care, I just want you to be here with me until you die." I confidently stated. "Bu-" I shut her off with my lips.
From that night we we're unseparated, we often make love and making love with her is the best feeling for me. It was passionate and full of love, I would love to do it more with her if it weren't for her illness. We only do one round because her stamina is not as high as mine, she always drink her meds after our make love. We do a lot things for couples and it felt so good doing it with her, we always laugh together, bond together and do a lot more stuff. I was hoping that our days were longer, nights were darker and that she will be mine forever.
