What now?

The speakers boomed loudly. I had my coke in my hands and looking like a lost puppy. I hate these kind if partys, there not even that good.

"Come on Summer loosen up" Alexa said.

"I rather not. Can we leave, this party is bloodily horrible" I stated.

"You think every high school party sucks"Alexa said. I rolled my eyes.

"Not my fault you guys can't throw a damn party" I said. Pulling my drink to my lips.

"Can you do any better?" Someone said behind me. Great, now I need to deal with this hoe.

"Yea, I can." I said proudly.

"Yea ok." She scoffed.

"Monica stop being mad at us. It's not our fault half the school wouldn't come cause they knew you suck at partys." I said.

I started to drink my coke. She slapped my drink out of hand. I'm not a fighter but this bitch knows how's to push my buttons. She smirked proudly and at that point I didn't know what I was doing. I felt a pair of hands pushing me back and throwing me on the floor.

"FUCK, SHE BROKE MY NOSE" I heard Monica cry.

I saw blood gushing from her nose and tears swelling up in her eyes. My nuckles hurt like hell. My nose was bleeding but not as badly as Monica's.

"Summer we better get going" Alexa said. She was worried, I saw it in her eyes.

She grabbed my hand and led me out. We both got in the black car and drove off. My hand and nose were stinging. I looked out the window while the car radio was on.

"Are you ok?" She asked. Her eyes were still on the road.

"Yea, I'm fine" I said. We turned into her street.

"That was amazing" She said. She started to laugh.

"Did you see her face? Oh lord, I would love to see that again" she said In-between laughs.

"She had it coming" I said. We started to laugh so hard in the car.

"Come on" She said. We both got out the car and walked up to her door.

"Be quiet thou, my parents are gonna wake up" She whispered in-between giggles.

She quietly closed the door until the alarm goes off. Alexa runs to the alarm trying to shut it off. I started to die laughing. Her father runs down the stairs with a black bat in his hands. He's ready to swing until he noticed it was just off. He walked up to the alarm and abutted it off.

"It's nothing honey, it's just Alexa and summer" He shouts to his wife.

Mrs. Evans walked downstairs. Me and Alexa stood there awkwardly while they both stared at us with there arms crossed.

"Who's going to start explain first?" Mr.Evans stated.

"Basically what happened we went to a party and no we didn't drink. Summer got in a fight and we left." Alexa said.

"You both gave us a heart attack." Mrs.Evans said.

"And you Summer, how many times have I told you to stop getting into fights?" Mrs. Evans said.

"Sorry" I mumbled.

"Both of you, go upstairs and have some rest. We will deal with this later." Mr.Evans said. We both ran up the stairs into Alexa's room.

"Crazy kids"Mrs. Evans said laughing.

Alexa threw me some shorts and a tank top. I quickly changed and jumped on the bed, Alexa did as well.

-Next morning-

"But mom" Alexa said.

"Mrs.Evans" I said.

"No you both will not be going to that trip ok. I already speaked with your parents too Summer" Mrs. Evans said.

"Mom it's California, our whole class is going." Alexa said.

"I said no Alexa" She said.

"Can we at least go to the beach?" I asked.

"Yes, but you need to be home by supper." she said.

We both left to go to Hollister to buy bathing suits.

"Come on Summer." Alexa said. we both ran into the ocean and started to splash each other. After a couple of hours I left the water while Alexa flirted with a guy.

"What's a pretty girl doing all alone?" A guy said. I laughed.

"Get a better pick up line" I said.

"Bitch." He mumbled. I rolled my eyes.

"Bro, chill out" A boy said.

"Whatever Matt" The guy said.

"Hi, I'm Matt Hunter." He said. He took off his sunglasses. He had a sweet smile.

"Hi, I'm Summers Collin" I said.

"What a beautiful name" He said with a smile. I softly blushed.

"So are you here by yourself?" Matt asked

"No, I'm here with a friend." I said.

"So where you from?" He asked.

"New York City" I said.

"Me too, where?" He said.

"Brooklyn, you?" I said.

"Upper Manhattan" He said.

"What bring you here to New Jersey?" Matt asked.

"My parents moved here for there job but they left on a year long cruise, you?" I said.

"I have a meeting here" He said. After a few hours talking it started to get dark.

"Summer lets go" Alexa said.

"Ok. Well bye Matt" I said.

"Here" He handed me a piece of paper with his number. I gave him a quick hug and left.
