Chapter 34

Lexi

"Hi boyfriend." I giggle at the way it just rolls off my tongue. It feels foreign, but it feels right at the same time.

"Hey babe, give me a kiss," I get in the car and lean in to where he's pointing at his cheek, I roll my eyes and wish it was his lips, at the last second he turns his head and kisses me fully.

I internally gasp because It wasn't something I was expecting. I moan into the kiss, getting my self lost quick.

"Hey! Mason is that you?!" I break away and look at my dad frantically.

Oh crap, I didn't tell my parents that we were together.

"Hey... Dad." I smiled when he came to the door in just a robe. How embarrassing.

"Hey there pumpkin, Uh, were you to kids just a smuchin' lips?" The way he said my nickname made my spine crawl. I am so dead.

Before I could come up with a lie, Mason had already spilled the truth.

"Uh, yes sir, I'm allowed to kiss my girlfriend right? Am I?" Mason looks at dad with confusion and a hint of fear.

My dads eyes grown wide for a second, "Girlfriend?" He looks at me, I try to sink into the car any further than I already am.

Yes sir, Lexi is my girlfriend and I'm her Boyfriend." he looks at me asking for help, I quickly shake my head, unnoticed by my dad.

"Huh, well, welcome back into the family I guess then Mason," He lets go of the car and starts to walk off but he stops dead in his tracks, walking back to the car.

"Oh and uh Mason?" My dad hooks his hand inside of the car where the window was rolled down and gives Mason the common look that every dad gives to his little girls first Boyfriend.

"Hurt my little Pumpkin again, and I'll make sure that your balls will be tied around your neck, which will be used to strangle you with, got it son?" I closed my eyes and put my head into my hands.

I can't believe him.

I hear a faint gulp next to me, followed right after a "Yes Sir," from Mason.

Poor kid

"Alrighty now, you two love birds get to school before I shove my foot up Mason's ass by accident." Dads has a face full of seriousness, I looked at Mason and it looked like his entire face went blank.

Dads serious face broke into a giant grin, he shoots his hands up in the air, forming a gun with his hands, "Ha, got ya!" He quickly leaned in the car and kissed my red face.

He pointed at Mason as if he wasn't kidding and turned around running back into the house, screaming "Bridget! I finally did it!"

Embarrassed, I turn up the radio so I won't have to endure a awkward moment with Mason towards the drive to school.

Mason look at me from the corner of his eye. I looked at him from the corner of my eye. A minute later we break out into a fit of laughter and grin at each other.

He places his warm hand onto my thigh, I sigh and realize that this is the only way we could ride in the car comfortably. I smile and wrap my hand around the top of his, griping it.

When we arrive at school, Sally comes rushing to his car with her now only one minion. She runs into him and gives him a hug, pulling back to hold his face, he slaps her hand away and moves behind me, like I'm supposed to protect him. She acts like she doesn't even see me.

"Mason, Babe! I think you accidentally broke up with me this morning!" I snort, is she that desperate? One does not simply accidentally break up with someone.

She looks at me with a glare, but I ignore it. She looks back up at Mason with pleading eyes.

"Listen Sally I've got a girlfriend, leave me alone, we were never really together." He gets closer and wraps his arms around my waist, a small crowd had started to form, whispers were going around at a rapid speed, mostly people saying 'who is this chick' and 'where did she even come from, I've never seen her' oh and this one is my favorite,

'how the hell did she snag his sexy ass, I've been going to this got damn school as long as he had and she manages to get him to be her boyfriend? What the fuck Joe!', okay the last one was from only one person but still.

"With her?! Are you kidding me?!"

"Uh, nope I don't think he's kidding, right babe?" I look up at him and smirk, he grins and looks down at my lips, giving me a quick peck.

Sally looks at me with much hatred, she scoffs and turns around to walk away.

Mary lingers around for a few seconds and smirks, she looks so devilish that it causes a chill to run down my spine.

The small crowd of people start to disband, Mason lets go of me and starts to walk with me to class because the first bell has come to fuck up the rest of our day.

His warm hand fits so perfectly with mine, they feel so good to touch, his hand is far much larger than mines.

Out of no where, before we enter the room he stops and leans down and gives me a long and passionate kiss. I'm left dazed when I walk into the room, we walk back to our seats.

I look over to Arielle, she looks stunned, se whispers 'what the actual fuck' I shrug my shoulders and giggle.

I look over to Ash and see the hurt expression on his face. I try to whisper I'm sorry to his face but he quickly dismisses it and turns around, not sparing a single glance at me.

Crap, I should have told him, but I didn't have the time to. I'll explain myself better later on.

I jump when I feel Mason hand on my lap, I look at him and look down to his arm, I trace the sleeve tattoo that he had gotten a while back with my fingers, its so amazing, the work is so detailed.

I jump again when a loud band hit the desk, I look up and see Mr. Hard.

I gulp loudly.

"Ms. Snow, would you care to explain to me what is the different parts of your brain? And tell me what they do?" I stuttered, I couldn't get the answer out, I knew it bout it just wouldn't come out.

"Oh, oh, cats got your tongue?" I gulp again and nod my head.

"Well that's so bad, maybe you would pay more attention while your in detention. I enjoyed your silent stay last time so much that you should come again." I groaned and slumped deeper into my seat.

"After school, and don't be late Ms. Snow." The last time I had detention it sucked.

I as in a different room, luckily at the time I didn't have to deal with Mason but I was still all alone.

"Don't worry babe, I'll get detention with you," Mason whispered into my ear, I was about to protest when Mason raised his hand and Mr. Hard called on him.

"Yes Steele?" He looked annoyed.

"I'm the one that came up with the nickname Hardass." I gasped and looked at Mason in shock.

"What! So it was you! Detention! For a week!" I frantically looked between the both of them.

"Wait Mr. Hardass- I mean," I stopped and covered my mouth, I looked at Mr. Hard and his entire face was red and so was his neck.

"You to Snow! Detention for a week!" I groaned and slumped down into my chair again.

"Awh, a week was to long for you not to see me for third 35 minutes so you was gonna miss me anyway? I heard Mason say but I shooed him away trying to be quite for the rest of the class period.
