"Three minutes", the white haired boy squirmed around Calum looking at his wrist, counting down the minutes until he meets his soulmate. The one he's going to love forever.
Calum nodded before speaking to Michael lowly, "do you think you already know them?"
"Them? It's gonna be a girl. I love boobs too much", Michael scoffed and turned in a 360 around the small coffee shop, looking at every person carefully. "Probably not, or else the timer would've already gone down".
"You still have two minutes just wait", Calum groaned impatiently. Calum wanted to be there to help out his friend, but his own personal problems got in the way.
The next minute was spent with Michael twiddling around and Calum eating his sandwich slowly.
"I need some water", Michael said and Calum checked his wrist that said 00:30 on it. Michael got up to get something and along his walk, he met eyes with the barista. The timer had stopped. She smiled at him and he smiled back. The date 5/13/15 now permanently on their wrist.
Calum smiled in admiration of the new found love but looked down at his own wrist with a sad smile. It was always set to 0.
