Ray(pov) I glanced over at Katie while she looked into the mirror straitening her hair. I wasn't aware of where she was heading I looked over at the clock which read 9:30pm. she stood there in a little purple dress that was tight and showing all her curves I bit down on my lip. damn she looked good as hell. but that's not what I need to be focusing on right now. what I needed to know is where the hell she thought she was going like that.
ray: and where are you going?
" oh hey baby!" she said ignoring my question. she smiled and made her way over to me planting a nice soft kiss on my lips. and of course I kissed back why wouldn't I? after a while she finally pulled back and went back to doing her hair. I sighed then walked over to the bed and sat down as I continued to watch her. once she finished with her hair she applied some black stuff on her eyes then put lips stick on. I sat there and admired her she was beautiful. once she finally got ready she turned to me and came to give me another kiss.
"alright baby ill call you" she said with a smile. I furrowed my eye brows up at her. I just got home from a long day of work and she is about to just leave like that? she cant be serious. she turned to walk out the room but I grabbed her arm to stop her.
Ray: you never answered my question where are you going?
Katie: oh just out with the girls.
I looked at her up and down then lifted one of my eyebrows up out of curiosity.
Ray: dressed like that?
she glanced at her self before speaking again.
Katie: ummmm yes I don't see whats wrong with it. I thought I looked sexy.
Ray: you do. and that's the problem you look to sexy.
she blushed.
Katie: aww thanks baby.
Ray: naw your missing it. what im saying is, you didn't even check in with me to see if it was okay for you to go out.
she opened her eyes wider and disbelief. I could tell she was about to get pissed and I really don't care.
Katie: since when do I need your permission to do anything?!
Ray: you need to lower your voice cause all that aint necessary. my point is you didn't even know if I had something planned for the night.
Katie: well do you?
Ray: nope but still what if I did.
she rolled her eyes.
Katie: me and the girls have been planning this for a while.
Ray: oh really? you sure as hell didn't tell me.
Katie: well im telling you now.
Ray: that's not how things work Katelyn.
she let out a huge sigh in frustration. now I could tell she was beyond irritated. but I don't care I just want to get my point across.
Katie: ugh! okay you win im sorry! your right I should have talked with you first.
I smiled. victory! I gave her a quick peck on the lips.
Ray: that's all I wanted to hear. so just go change then you can head out.
I walked back to the bed and turned on the t.v. Katie came and stood right in front on it looking mad as hell. I didn't think a black person could get so red.
Ray: whats your problem?
Katie: whats my problem?! no whats your problem. your tripping. you think you can tell me how to dress?! you do not own me!!
