Chapter 48. Celebration-planning

CHANYEOL'S P.O.V.

"Jagiya, what do you want? An indoor or outdoor party?" I asked.
"Anything would do." Julia smiled. "Why?"
"Nothing, I am preparing your party." I answered.
"What party, babe?" She hugged from the back.

I hugged her hands which was wrapped around my shoulders and neck.

"A comeback party for you. You know, you need to chill and have fun." I smiled.
"No, I don't need one." She whispered to my ear.
"Well I want to throw you one.." I stuck my tongue out like a kid.
"Well it's your choice." Julia smiled. "Then I choose yes." I muttered. "C'mon, let's just sleep, okay?" She removed my glasses and pulled me up."Okay, but what about Mason? Where is he?" I asked."I already tucked him to bed, so don't worry." She replied happily.
"Okay, well.. Let's go to bed." I smiled.

Julia and I lied down. I rolled and turned to her while she turned to face me, too.

"I love you." Julia smiled like a kid.
"I love you more." I replied sincerely. "And I would do anything for you just to keep you happy." I finger-brushed her blonde hair.
"I'll be the perfect wife and I'll give you everything I have, because I love you." She muttered.

I suddenly had the nerve to kiss her. So, I did. Our kiss lasted for about 40 seconds. Like, it was the happiest 40 seconds of my life.

"Let's call this a night?" She whispered.
"Okay.. Good night." I smiled and kissed her forehead.
"Good night." She smiled and closed her eyes.

THE NEXT DAY...

"I want tables here, here, here, and over there." I said as I pointed out directions. "I want lightbulbs here. Take them as designs."

All of a sudden, someone called my attention.

"Appa!!! Uncle Krith (Kris) & Thuho (Suho) are here!!" My son Alec shouted. Aish, this kid is like Sehun. He always have that "-th" with him.

"Ohh.. Hi hyung!!" I waved my hand and I smiled.

I walked towards them and hugged them like a man, with a pat on the back.

"How are you?" Kris asked me.
"Never better." I smiled. "How about you guys?"
"Well, all of us are okay.. Except for one.." Suho replied.
"Who?" I asked.

Suho carried Alec in his arms, giving a signal that it was Kai who is not okay.

"Why don't you bring him here later? You know the fresh party I'm throwing for Julia, right? Why don't you bring him? Media's not allowed, so we can be free for the night." I smiled and took Alec from Suho.
"Later? Maybe... But he's gonna be with Hyolyn." Kris replied.
"What? Hyolyn and him are still a thing?" I asked.
"Yes, and they're engaged. And news stated that Hyolyn is pregnant of Kai's baby." Suho stated.
"What?! What about Ju—Ji Eun?" I almost slipped.
"I don't know.. I guess he forgot about her already. And really thought that she's dead." Kris replied still.

I put Alec down gently.

"Go and wake your mom up. Don't tell her about everything, okay? And prevent her from going here. Got it, aegi-ya?" I winked at my son.
"Yeth, (Yes,) dada!" Alec cheered.

My son left and I turned back to Suho and Kris.

"Please, just bring him here and just enjoy the party, hyung." I told Kris and Suho.
"Okay, okay." Kris answered. "Are we gonna take a swim for the beach tonight?" Kris joked.
"Of course, hyung! If you want to~" I replied.
"That's good!" Suho laughed. "See you later, okay?"
"Yes hyung, see you later." I smiled.
"By the way, our comeback's scheduled 2 weeks from now. Make sure you tell Julia about it, okay?" Kris replied.
"Yes, yes. Thank you hyung. Take care!!" I waved my hand at them as they walked away.
