Chapter 50. Family

"Hey guys! Good morning!" Chanyeol greeted the newly-awake EXO.
"Good morning~" D.O. and Lay greeted back.
"Wow, my head still aches.." Chen murmured.
"My body aches, too." Tao and Kris added.
"That's odd." Baekhyun doubted and made face.
"Come on guys, get your breakfast while it's still hot!" Chanyeol insisted.
"Breakfast!!!" The others squealed.

Xiumin walked near the sliding door to the outside of their house, which leads straightly and widely to the beach. He went there and saw something.

"Yah yah Chanyeol-ah!" Xiumin startled.
"What?" Chaanyeol asked.
"Look at Kai, she's near Ji Eun!!" Xiumin was shocked. "I mean, Julia."
"Huh?" Kris butted in.
"Woah~ Kai looks like Alec, though." Luhan replied, eating his pancake.
"Of course, he's the real father." Tao murmured.
"Yah, stop it. Put the past behind." Suho shh-ed the boys.
"Wait, I'll be back." Chanyeol replied then left.

Chanyeol went out straight to the area of the beach where Julia, Kai, and Alec Mason were staying.

"Hey guys! What are you doing here in the beach? It's so hot and sunny?" Chanyeol asked.
"Hey daddy!! Uncle Kai got me thith (this) theathell!!! (seashell!)" Alec shouted so cutely and handed Chanyeol the seashell.

Chanyeol kneeled down to the level of his son.

"Wow~ Kyeopta! (Cute!) Did you thank Uncle Kai already?" Chanyeol asked.
"Uh-uh." The child nodded.
"Do you like it?" Kai asked.
"Ne~ (Yes~)" Alec answered.

Chanyeol stood up and wrapped his arm aroung Julia's shoulder. Then transferred his sight to Kai.

"So, did you ate breakfast already?" He asked.
"Uhh—- Not yet, hehe." Kai replied, smiling.
"Come inside, let's eat!" Chanyeol called then went back inside the house.

*3 HOURS AFTER*

"Kawi, bawi, bo! (Rock, paper, scissors!)" Kai squealed as he played with the young boy.
"Ahhh!~ You loth!! (You lose!!)" Alec exclaimed.

Little did they know that others were looking at them.

"Look at them. They really look alike." Xiumin started the conversation.
"Omo~ Yeah, they do." D.O.'s eyes beamed.
"Yah, shh. Tone down your conversation." Suho butted in.
"Sorry, sorry." Xiumin murmured.

All of a sudden, Sehun, the out-of-the-galaxy minded maknae spilled it out.

"Chanyeol hyung! Look at Kai and Baby Alec~ They look alike!" Sehun shouted.

All of the remaining EXO except Kai & Sehun looked at each other like they were so shocked. Suho gave a that-wasn't-a-very-good-move look at Sehun. Sehun snapped back to himself then muttered something again.

"They look alike because of their hair..." He mumbled.
"Ohh, yeah. AHHAHAHAHAH, so cute, right?" Chanyeol replied.
"Of course, he's cute. He's our son, paboya~" Julia teased Chanyeol.
"Of course, I did you well that's why it came out as a cutiepie." Chanyeol joked then smirked.
"Oh mah gah~ Not in front of us and the kid, please!" Suho laughed.
"I was just kidding! Of course, Alec will be this cute because his mom is pretty." Chanyeol mumbled. "And his mom delivered him very well, healthy & cute!"
"That's right! So that kid is only Julia's, not your Chanyeol-ah!" Kris laughed.
"Yah Kris hyung, I helped in making that baby!!" Chanyeol joked.

Everyone laughed.

"Oh no, not another dirty joke hyung! It's making me puke!" Sehun pretended to puke in disgust.
"I'm just kidding!" Chanyeol smiled.

Kai's phone rang, breaking the laughter in the atmosphere of the room. Kai then accepted the phone call.

"Yoboseyo?" He asked the other line.
