ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing the Rubber segment's business in South India region, based at Chennai.Managing sales target, receivables and develop Rubber specialty release agent business in South India Managing distributors and guiding them to address and resolve performance bottlenecks.Communicating with target customers and managing customer relationship.Conducting trials, developing key account plan and strategies, maintaining, and updating customer database.Develop business for Rubber applications for Rubber NVH, Seals, Profiles, Gaskets, Hose, Friction, Conveyor & Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate EVA footwear applications.Self-starter and work independently from Residence location and manage the regionIndustry sales, manufacturing experience, process knowledge, techno commercial salesQualificationsGraduate Engineer Chemical/ Bachelor of Science ChemistryMinimum of 6 to 8 years of sales experience in Rubber industry for specialty chemicals or manufacturing experience in Rubber industry or R & D experience in Rubber industry. Process knowledge of Rubber Industry for various applications.Proficiency in local language, preferred.Experience in producing / selling premium products and value selling, preferred.Job Location
