Harry pulled Hermione along, their hands naturally held together, to the newfound area. Harry led Hermione to the goblin warriors on the steps of the bank. Harry asked the warrior if he could speak with them while on-duty or if he could tell him where there might be something fun to do in the alley.

Hermione pulled Harry back, "We don't know if they can even see us, Harry. Even if they do, us being children, and ghosts at that, means we don't get service. We don't even know if your dead parents had money in a wizarding area. We only know that it started with P-o-t and ended in -r and that there are two missing letters. But then you know whoever's your magical guardian has probably spent it all since well you are a ghost because you were murdered by your relatives and that was only found out because the owners whether they were technically my parents or not wanted you as a stand-in as a "perfect child" to find out that I was dead from where they left me to die as well. It is a matter of fact not subjective. We've been over this Harry."

The goblin warrior was in disbelief of what these two kids, ghosts, went through and the male was probably Harry Potter, of all people. The goblin warrior that was before Hermione and Harry quickly called his superior about the situation that was occurring. A group of five guards came up to the children and asked for them to follow after. A meeting with the High Goblin Council resulted in the following things:

Magical Guardian Albus Dumbledore is prohibited on all goblin territories and grounds. He was Harry James Potter's guardian who was certain that Harry was protected. Harry Potter is now dead and a ghost.Since Albus "too many names" Dumbledore is prohibited from all grounds and territories if he arrives once half of his entire fortune will be taken. If he comes twice then he will be taken in for a trial and serve as a temporary dragon pooper scooper and the third time he will die.Molly, Ginny, and Ronald Weasley are forbidden on grounds of accepting bribes from Albus Dumbledore and are also fined triple times from what was accepted.The Dursleys are to die in the next seven days for their punishment for murdering the last Potter.
