I woke up laying on the sofa confused on where I am. I look around me with round about 15 people all asleep. I grab my phone of the corner of the desk next to me and check the time. Its 4'o'clock in the morning. No wonder everyone's asleep. I've woken up with a really bad headache and I can see left over alcohol surrounding me. I realise that I had got drunk last night and decide to clean up the mess. I drag myself up from the sofa, trying my best not to tread on the people that had passed out on the floor. I walk into the kitchen, trying to find a bin bag, also feeling very rude about looking through other people's cupboards. I start in the kitchen as no ones in there and I think its best. The bin bag is mostly half full already from plastic cups and rubbish that has been scattered across the sides and floor. Once the kitchen is looking a lot cleaner than before, I start in the living room. Again, dodging the people in my path, trying my best not to wake them, I pick up the last cup in relief as I did not wake anyone until I heard a movement from someone on the sofa. I did not recognise them one bit. However, they did not wake up. I slowly unlock the door and take the rubbish outside into the black bin. I walk back in, grab my stuff and quietly leave the house. I felt bad for not locking the door so I grabbed the key which I assumed to be the front door key, locked the door and posted they key through the letter box. By this time, it is now half past 6 and my dad would be waking up in half an hour. I decide not to wake him though and go on a walk by myself for a while.

The sun had already risen by this point and the sky was a clear blue. I hear the birds chirping away in the trees. I realised I've been walking around for about an hour now as it is already half 7. It went so quick. I had decided to ring my dad to come pick me up, but to be honest, I didn't even know where I was. All I knew is that I was on top of a hill with one tree beside me. I walk down the bottom of the hill to give me a better understanding of where I am. I then realise how far I've walked. I ended up in a new part of where I lived that I've never been before. My dad took about 10 minutes before he got here. However my dad's a maniac on the road so I'm not surprised. As he turns the corner I can hear music blaring loudly. I know it's him. He looked a mess. I could tell he was drinking last night. The car journey home was silent. I know better than to talk to him when he's in this mood. All he has been doing recently is shouting at me or hit me. It's best to stay quiet until we get home.
