IT was the last day of high school, we were about to graduate real soon. Friends talking about what they're going to do after this. Many of them say they wanted to rest before they continue with proceeding their studies. For me? I want to get married. Call me crazy, but I do want to get married with my the love of my life Marissa Harrison. My childhood best friend.
"Let's get married." I said
her eye widened a little when I say that.
"Sorry?" She said as she look at me
"You heard me Mar."
"Are you sure taron?" She asked again
"Yes." I said without hesitation
"T, you know marriage is not like one of those role plays that you did in high school. once the play is done, is done. But marriage is for a life time." She said
"Of course Mar, I know that. I'm being serious about this babe."
She look deeply into Taron's eye , to see whether he is serious or fooling around and all she can is that Taron is really serious about this. She take a deep breath and
"Ok, Taron I will marry you."
As Taron heard her answer to his proposal he smiled widely before kissing her on the lip.
"This is the most simplest ring I can give to you." Said taron as he took out a small navy blue box and took the ring out from the box before he gently slide the ring on her finger
"It's beautiful Taron. I love it." She said before she hugged him tightly.
Her ring :-—-
"Now that we are already engaged, let's go and discuss about us getting married with our parents." Said Marissa
"Ok!" Said Taron
—
Both of them were excited about this and hopefully their parents are ok with them getting married while still in their teen years.
—
I was so glad that Marissa parents agreed with us getting married, they give us a few advices, how to have a healthy communication and so much more. I can't wait to get married to her real soon!
—-
"I'm glad that mom and dad agree." Said taron
"Yeah, I'm glad too."
They look at each other, hand in hand as they walked to their rental apartment.
