To get the 5sos band account to follow you i guess could be hard because you dont know which member is using it so normally they would tweet about their music on there and things like that. 5sos normally add a hashtag in there aswell so like;
LIVESOS IS OUT NOW #LIVESOS
something along those lines...
so you could tweet something related to that with the hashtag like
OMG I CANT WAIT TO ORDER LIVESOS #LIVESOS and then after a while 5sos would probably creep through the hashtag and retweet some tweets from fans.
other things 5sos retweet from fans are like fan art, the hashtags like i said, 5sos related, merch maybe?, concerts, upcoming tours like ROWYSO ect...
another way is if they do a follow spree you could get a follow then and also repeatedly pressing the follow button so you are at the top of their notifications.
