Who am I? Who are you?

The wind breezes from the window while Alice was sleeping deeply without noticing today would have a big storm coming. It's 2pm as usual, the alarm ringing nonstop and she's not getting awake any bit by it. Alice thinking in her dream 'Oh I wonder when I could be finding the love of my life and make my day meaningful...wait...shouldn't I have to go to class right now..?' She suddenly realises that she should be attend her college class right now but she still laying in her bed and looking very messy. The thunderstorm starts to beating the ground downstair with rain and lightning while the wind keeps attacking the window. Alice finally has woke up but not by the alarm, not by the storm she woke up because she felt hungry, the lifestyle of Alice has been like this since the day when suspension starts by Covid, before that she was the talented, funny and smart student in her school as you say she was very famous by that and she was good looking too which a lot of guy has approached her and she thought she was the most luckiest one but everything changed.

She gets off from bed and check herself at the mirror, she starts counting,'1 acnes, 2 acnes, 3 acnes and more and more ah it doesn't matter anyways no one would see me right now' after that she just get to her kitchen and start to search for the leftover from last night to eat guess what she's eating? Yep, again from McDonald's it's been the fourth time she been eating this as her meal the burger, the fries reflects the grease and glows towards her phone and she's started her day with McDonalds, YouTube videos about how to be a skinny legend and her 3 days no shower greasy hair as her 3pm daily routine. It's goes over and over again for a week...until... something happened towards that to change her whole life.

Before the thing starts, she was at her daily routine and rushing her homework through deadline and someone starts to ring the bell of the entrance since after college she has started move to a new city herself so of course she's the only one at the house and as usual she thought it was the mail man giving packages so she didn't tidy up her hair and answers the door. Alice opens the door and see a man with the charms of the Autumn the warmth of his smile makes her thoughts flies away she froze for a few seconds and ask,'I'm sorry who are you? Why are you at my door?' she realised that she may asked too much so she just kept quiet and waits for him to responses. He said,'Who am I?!How dare you forgotten me!I am Albu the one that lives next to you when we were young! I asked you mom and knows that you have moved to here alone so I decided to visit you to see how are you doing! You seems kinda different from how you were before, is everything okay?' the words was from excited to worried same as the atmosphere, Alice didn't expect to see her childhood friend here since she knows he moved out when she was 15 by the time she has a crush for him but now it just felt like the feel of meeting a old friend from before then she took a look of Albu's outfit and take a look of herself she suddenly realised she look very horrific here but she can't just close the door and pretend he didn't see that so she said,'I'm okay do you wanna come in and grab some drink?' he didn't hesitate to step into Alice house and see how messy it is, she was worried about he might think she's a terrible messy girl but then he just bursted out laughing and said,'I didn't expect you to be more messy than me lol but that's okay I understand wait you're eating McDonald from the fridge? That's unhealthy to be eating hah guess you're lucky I've bought some groceries let me cook something better than this I bet you never had!' he just went over to the kitchen and starts to pour all the groceries to the table then starts cooking, the scents of the food spread over everywhere of the house, Alice seeing the man right in front of her is the guy who was always the one who makes troubles when he was a kid then grows up into the man he is now she felt like time really just flies right after that the food is also finished he puts the dish on the dining table proudly and looks over Alice and said,'Eat up dummy!' he grab the fork to her and sat down then just look at Alice to wait for her responses.

As soon as she took a bite of the food her eyes was widen out by amaze it taste like the food that her mom would make her when she was at home which make her tears up a bit and look at him and said,'I didn't know you went on cooking school to study ha?It taste good thanks for your serve but by the way why are you here?' he looks at her with confusion and said,'Glad you like the food dummy, mhm why am I here? I bet you miss me so I came here! Surprises! Ok joke aside, I saw your facebook and realises that you live at the same town as me now I think you might be lonely just to living on your own while you can't go out often since the pandemic so I think it would be the best for me to visit you more often!' after saying that she looks at him with disgust and said,'You better do you covid test before entering my house or you get kicked out!' and runs away from him and gives him the silly face then he just start chasing to her and said,'Hah I was going to but guess I'm not doing it again!' then starts to run towards her while faking his cough they both starts chasing at Alice's house like when they were a kid in the park forget everything and only went to chase each other.

After the chasing, it was already 7pm the sky gets darker and the storm has already stopped Alice suddenly thinks if today have storm he would've arrived here with wet clothes and stuff why did he came here with completely dry clothes? She didn't hesitate and ask,'Did you bring a umbrella today? It's storm today but I barely see you getting wet by the rain though?' he looks at her and smirk,'I'm waterproof hah I'm joking I actually just find out you're my neighbour awhile ago after I ask your mom about it and yeah we've back to be before!' she looks at him shocked and questioning herself why so many coincidences today? But she didn't think much about it and think maybe it's luck then she asked,'Shouldn't you get back to home now though I know we live near but I don't have extra bed for you if you want to stay over.' he just shook his head and get a blanket from the sofa and said,'This could be my bed!' she looks at him and laugh,'You didn't change at all start a childish brick.' then she went back to her bed and get into her blanket and dream of being a fluffy cloud again.

This night was peacefully over, the wind was softer than usual and she felts warmer in her bed but she didn't notice about how her life is going to be changed right after this night.....
