CHAPTER 1 "The Confession"

I'm Maya Turner I have a friend named Zayden Hart, me and Zayden have been friends for a long time ever since Nursery until suddenly he started hanging out with the wrong crowd which led him to changing, but that didn't stop me from being his friend......Well I think I'm still his friend?.

It was the first day of high school and I saw Zayden with his friends named Liam, William and James in front of the school, I walked up to them and greeted "Good Morning guys!" and as usual they ignored me and rolled their eyes.

I went to our class and sat on my usual seat at the back of the class I read my book in peace when the bell ring I didn't even realize when the teacher went in the classroom.

It was lunch time and I was eating by myself at the rooftop of the school until Zayden approached, I asked him "What do you want?" a few seconds of silence until he said something "I wanted to ask you something......Will you be my girlfriend?" I was in complete shock he had been bullying me but he asked me to be his girlfriend...but not going to lie I do kind of like him....I answered "Sure" he was in shock when I accepted it's like he didn't expect it but after a few seconds he left without saying a word so I continued to eat my food peacefully.

After lunch time we had our afternoon classes he didn't talk to me after I accepted his confession I'm here wondering......Did I make the right decision? Guess we will find out someday.

Class was already over and I saw Zayden walking alone so I tried catching up to him since we live in the same neighborhood I tried talking to him by saying "Hey, do you want to go to the park for a quick stop?" He responded "No, just shut your mouth this whole walk" so I responded "Hey! That isn't how you should treat your girlfriend!" then he rolled his eyes.

I reached my house and I waved goodbye to Zayden I'm pretty shocked he waved back at me, I went in my house and straight to my room.
