Hello Everyone, Today Im going to give you a glimpse on how to overcome all our difficulties, hardships, sadness,worries into goodness . This is not a easy work to do, eventually it is daily routine which will help you to turn hard days to easy and good Days
        
  MEDITATION :

        Recent Studies shows that daily meditatinf for 15 minutes will defenetly increase you life span and you will live a happy life, you will have the  power to control, sadness, worries etc.

Control Your Anger:

There is a great saying that The best are those who control their anger . It is very hard to control anger i agree but we can't be angry everytime . No matter what happens we must control our anger . The first and foremost to do when we are angry is to pause and reflect. Think that when im angry i share my angryness to other poeple , they will share your angryness to other's eventually it will go on untill someone  control it . We must think that angryness will never give us anything except breakups and sadness . So we all must come together and control our anger .

Positive Vibes :

    When we have the positive mind we will reflect our positive thoughts to our loved one's , our families,  our friends etc. No matter what the situation is we must be in a positive mood alway . Keeping your brain away from unwanted things will defenetly improve your positivity in brain , when there is positivity in brain it will reflect to our body,  we will start speaking in a nice way , we start to help other's,  we start to enjoy our life .hence these are some of methods to convert hard days into easy days.
