Lorde's POV

So ilang days na ang lumipas after umalis sina mom at dad patungong probinsya. Medyo nami-miss ko na din sila kahit papano. Parang gusto ko yata ding sumunod sa kanila. Charot.

"Yes mooooom, everything's fine. Don't worry, we're not children anymore, remember?" sabi ko habang naglalakad palabas ng building.

"Yeah yeah, I know. Okay byeeeee. Love you, mwah!" sabi ko sabay end call.

Ang toxic kaya sa loob ng unit. Aside from my brother's face who is so ugly, I've got nothing to do kaya I think I should get things ease out.

YEAH RIGHT.

So I'm on my way on a mall. I call my fake boyfriend who's by the way is not making his presence visible to my naked eye for almost 3 days. Ano na kaya ang nangyari dun?

And for the 5th time of calling, he finally pick up and it surprises me.

"Hi, who's this please?" sagot nang isang batang babae sa phone, siguro nasa 3-4 years old.

I was hesitating either I should answer her question or not but then I chose to. I was about to answer her but then someone took the phone away from her. How rude.

"Hello? Sino po sila?" then I heared Leus' voice.

So? Anu na? Ano na sasabihin ko?

"Yo, it's Lorde. I was just checking you out if you're still alive or not" what? Sarcasm is life!

"Well, sadly I still am. Miss me already?"

"Oh, fuck you. It would be better if I see your coffin being lowered into the grounds right now"

"Yeah right. And oh, meet me at the coffee shop. I have something to tell you"

Wow ha. Marunong din naman palang mang-timing tong mokong na to.

"Yeaaah, what about a no?" sabi ko sabay abot ng bayad sa driver sabay labas mula sa taxi.

"Pleeeaaseeee, please, please, please" naku naku, pagkatapos mokong iwan for 3 days, lakas ng loob mong makipagkita sakin ha. PAWER!

"Uggghhhhh okay okay. Hurry up! May gagawin pa ako" sabi ko sa kanya.

"Okay, I'll be there in 10 minutes. Thanks, see yaaa!" di na ako sumagot pa sabay end call. Well, sabagay di pa naman ako nakapag-lunch okay na rin kasi malilibre ako ngayon. HAHAHAHAHA.

"So, mom, dad and I have talked already already about us specially me going to Australia" he said while while randomly spinning his phone around for a couple of times already. What's up with this guy?

"You know what Leus, you really don't have to like go over with me to Australia" I said taking a bite on my crab salad. This salad is lit.

" but we have talked about this before already, right? You already agreed" he said in more serious tone while a grab my milk tea on the side.

" I didn't. You forced me, Leus" sabi ko while looking at him and at the same time taking a sip on my vanilla milk tea.

I put the down the plastic cup and wiped my mouth with a table napkin getting ready for some SONA.

" I- I was just—" He was about to say something but then I cut him off

"You put me into this shit in the first place, making your family believe that I am your boyfriend and now you are acting like you own me?" I said in a bit aggressive tone but in more calmly manner, baka magwala ako dito na parang kabayo. I don't what to make a show here.

As I looked at him, he seemed shocked. Speechless. Making me think about the words that I spit realizing it caught him off-guard. Well, it wasn't my intention at all. I was just telling the truth.

Then suddenly something just slapped me making me remember something, something that I promised him. Yeah, I remembered, I made a promise to him, reassuring him that I will always be on his side in dealing all these shits. Galing mo Lorde, tanga mo talaga! Ang tang-tanga. PAWER!

" So-sorry " nauutal kong sabi.

" Yeah, you know what, I think you're right." He said. Shit, I know this was going to happen.

" Well, I'm deeply sorry for bringing you in into my crap life. I trusted you because you told me that you are going to help me. I guess, I made a mistake. You know what, I just realized that I just met you weeks ago and I should've not trusted you in the first place " he said as he grabbed his phone and keys and immediately went rushing out of the shop.

That time, it caught me off-guard.
