Chapter 6

Zayn's POV

"Guys hurry, we'll end up running out of ammo and then we're screwed!" I called. "Hold on just a little longer cover our backs." Scotty called back to me reloading his revolver.

"Hey Zayn!" Toddy called. "Make sure you yell to us if you- Agg!" I sprinted toward him ripping a zombie off his torso slamming it to a tree. "Scotty now!" I yelled.

Next thing I knew Scotty stuck the barrel of his gun into the zombies mouth and pulled the trigger splattering a mess of blood all over the two of us.

"Zayn grab the rifle. Let's get the fudge out of here!" Scotty said pulling Toddy off the ground.

As we ran toward the school we jumped when we herd the sound of a explosion as hit the sky.

"Step back Zayn." Toddy said pulling a small green flare gun out of his bag and aimed it toward the sky.

"I see Leah and Niall are safe at the school." Scotty said laying on the ground smiling.

"What do you mean? They shot that?" I asked confused.

"Well yeah it's blue so..." Toddy started.

"Explain later I think the zombies are gaining on us." I say grabbing my bat.

"No i'm done running from them." Toddy said climbing on the top branch of a tree. He aimed down his scope and shot and zombie I didn't even notice about to bite the back of my neck. "We'll stay here and take them all down. Get ready."

"Alright Toddy i'm with you a hundred precent of the way." I called back to him.

Harries POV

"Alright good work Anita let's keep moving." I said shooting at the nearing trail of zombies.

"Yeah thanks, but keep moving, talking won't help keep us alive." She replied reloading.

"Gotcha, but how far till we reach this school? My legs are killing me plus i'm almost out of arrows." I called pulling one of my few arrows out of a zombies skull.
The sound it made when I ripped it out was kinda cool. Inappropriate Harry. I know.

"Come on Harry we can push through this together." She said. "Besides, this is only the beginning."

"Yeah but I hate - fu*k help Anita it's on top of me!" I screamed

I looked over panicking as she ran over to me and placed one of her pistols to the back of the zombies head.

"Watch out there is one behind you too!" I yelled. Then she placed the her other pistol under it's jaw and shot the both of them at once. The sound of both pistols being fired that close to me left me with a little ringing in my ear. "Now hurry up!" She said pulling me up to run again."

"Only about two miles more then well make it." She said shooting off more rounds.

"Thanks for the save. And great that's not so far." I replied

Next thing we knew two lights filled the sky. The first one blue and the second one green.

"What are those?" I asked stomping out another monsters brains.

"It's the others. It means that they're ok. look I have one too." Anita said "Now I have to just fire it off an- fu*k Harry! I've must have dropped it somewhere! It isn't in my bag anymore! Now how am I supposed to signal the others!?" She panicked.

"Don't worry they're all heading toward the school so that's where we'll all meet up. At least we know they're ok." Now how can I find out if Louis is ok? I thought to myself.
