I am going to be writing this from a lot of peoples point of views and it might get sorta confusing. Basically every chapter will be a different character, there are only 4 main characters that will be talking so hopefully this wont get too confusing :).
Disclaimer - I don’t know what the feelings are for everyone who is going through tough times with their sexual orientation or their gender. I personally am cis so I don't know what it is like to feel like your brain is in the wrong body, but I will try my best to make this as accurate as possible. (If I get something wrong and would like me to change it don't be afraid to ask!).
Also there is minor suicidal triggars and some mentions of self harm
