"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry! Here, I'll help you out." I said as I helped him pick up his stuff from the ground.

"Hey, it's okay, It has to happen to all of us at least once, right?

At that, I couldn't help but smile and blush.

"I'm Nick, I'm new, what's your name? He asked, extending a hand.

I took it and said "Hey, I'm Zayne."

"It's a nice school, you got. I just moved here not too long ago."

"What a coincidence, I just moved here a while ago myself."

"Where are you from?"

"A small town in Nebraska."

"You're from Nebraska? So am I!"

"That is so funny."

"Yeah, I know right?

"Hey, so, I know we just met each other, but do you wanna hang out after school sometime?"

"Sure, just say when and I'll be there."

"Awesome. Well, here's my number, here's my address, I'll catch you later."

Nick gave Zayne his number and his address. The two boys walked out of the lunch room and towards their next class.
