Chapter fifteen

"So, he just gave you his number? No way, what's his name?" Emma said over the phone. I was in my room, talking to Emma. 

"Nick. he says he's new to the school and he wanted to hang out and I agreed."

"That's cool. You know what, I think I saw you and Nick in the hallway. You two seemed to hit it off pretty well. In fact, if I didn't know you any better, I'd say you two are dating."

"We're just hanging out and there's nothing wrong with two friends hanging out. Oh hang on, I'm getting another call." I said as I looked at the caller ID. It was Olivia. 

"Hey Olivia, what's up?..wait what?..you want to go where? What for? Okay..bye.."

"Hey, Emma."

"Hey, who was that?"

"It was Olivia. She said she wanted me to come by the park because we need to talk."

"I wonder what she wants."

"At this point, so do I."

I grabbed my jacket and headed outside.

"Hey, sorry, Emma, I have to go."

"Okay, I'll talk to you later."
