The school bell starts ringing, you sighed in relief as class had finally ended and got a C+ on the test but hey atleast there's no homework today, you exited the classroom seeing mei "Hey Y/N!" Mei runs up to you making you frozen "oh uh hi mei what is it" she pulls out three paper all showing A+.

"Omg mei that's awsome" you congratuate mei you continue down the hallway "So Y/N what was your result"  you show her your test grade feeling embarassed, Gosh Y/N why are you even her friend you're nothing like her, you aren't smart like her, you don't take care of things like her, i  you don't have a bright future like her i don't even like 4 town i just listen to it because of her

 plus she doesn't seem to have the same interest as me atleast i think she doesn't but i love spider-man and superheroes comics and she never read a children book, i love movies her mother barely lets her out for anything and her mother besides me working as a assistant she doesn't like me.

The only thing we have in common is that we go to the same school the only reason Ms. Lee lets me work at her place and be around mei is because i'm working there to get money for my mom and mei suggesting it to her because of her i never really spended much time with her ever since our childhood.

Why do i have these feelings for her she doesn't like romantic feelings for anybody but 4 town she won't like me heck i bet we're only friends cause we met when we were 6, "Oh well it's better that the C- you got last time" she says trying to cheer you up "Uh huh Yea" you walk down the halls with mei til you see tyler.

"Hey Y/N Love That Hairstyle You look homeless!" Tyler mocked your appearance every one laughed  "It fits your poor clothes i bet your grades are looking good to" everyone laughed even more "Thank You" you say in respond but than mei puts her hand over you "Just Leave Him/Her Alone Tyler!" You blush at her defending you, Thank you mei.

"Yea Tyler What's Your Problem With Y/N!" Miriam comes in "Low blow Dude" Priya says "You Mess With One Of Us You Mess With All Of Us!" Abbey shouts up at his face before going infront of you "Guys Thanks but you don't have too" you try to dismiss it to them "No Y/N You Can't Be Made Fun Of Like That" Miriam says "but it's true right" before you continue Mei cuts in.

"No Don't say that Y/N, Don't say that" You froze at her saying that although you knew she said that to you as a friend, you felt like it was a promise you can't break "Yea ok I won't" you nod at her "Cmon Gang Let's Go!" Abbey says pointing her finger at his eyes and her tyler scoffed at her.

Outside the school 

"Jeez what is Tylers problem with Y/N, He's Always Mocking you" Miriam exclaimed looking over at you "nobody shouldn't make fun of someones appearance" priya says "Who cares what stupid evil Tyler says he's just making fun of you because you can look the way you do and do what you like and doesn't feel insecured about what people say

 unlike the others their just trying to prove your insecured like them, don't worry your not" mei says you smiled awkwardly again "Yea" Abbey Wraps her arm on your shoulder pulling you close to her "Yea Dude/Girl You're Better than Tyler Your The Bomb!" Abbey says pointing at your chest, How did a guy/girl like me get such great friends.

"Yea plus we got other things to worry about than looks like we're in grade 8 we don't have time to worry for this" while you listen to mei you get pulled back by priya while mei gets pulled by miriam "huh? What is it?" You asked priya "Look" she pulls you towards the daisy mart "Devon" Priya, Abbey, Miriam says while looking in awe in him "Ew i don't get how you can like him he looks like hobo!" you agreed with mei.

"Yea i mean how old is this guy?" Miriam answers "He's 17" abby added in "And He's a Hot Hobo!"  You looked at her confuse as to how he's hot  "i don't understand" you said "well i guess you like someone else" miriam says looking at you, you were very confuse but mei turns everyone around "Ahem may i remind you what real men look like" mei pulls out a magazine of 4 town everyone except you gasps "4 Town!" 

Mei talked about each member and how they're all 4 townies well maybe not you "Yea but tickets to 4 town is like a bazillion dollars and devon is here" Priya says "And Free!" Mei looks dissipointed but than the train arrives "Ooh Cmon Y/N Sorry We Got to go Bye Guys!" Miriam stops her "So Mei, Y/N we're going karaoke tonight want to join?" Miriam asks they all had puppy eyes.

"I'm sorry it's cleaning day" miriam and everyone besides you groaned "Mei everyday is cleaning day, Y/N?" Everyone looks at you, you felt sorry for them  "I'm sorry miriam i really am but today is work day for me i'll be availible next time" you said apologizing to her miriam turns to Mei "Cmon Mei you do that everyday!" 

"But i love cleaning" Mei starts rambling about her new dust collector as miriam, priya and abbey were bored but you weren't "Fine Buuut if you want to pass than you need to pass The Gauntlet!" Miriam starts dancing while singing the lyrics of Nobody Like You

"Oh Yeah Oh yeah i've never met Nobody Like You, Had friends and i've had buddies thats true" Miriam sings "But they don't turn my tummy like way you do, i never met Nobody Like You" Priya and abbey joins in singing and dancing pulling Mei in she joins in.

"Cmon Y/N Bust em Moves!" Miriam says "Oh come on you know i can't" you say mostly feeling awkward to do it infront of mei, mei pulls you in to the group "Come On Y/N" you feel a little confidence boost and start to do some awkward moves "HaHaHa Oh Yea!" You all shout passing the gauntlet

"You guys passed, mei before you go here's a cd of the Ninety nine australian tour with The Girl In Love Your Jean remix" Mei looks in awe and kisses the cd case "Thank You! Let's Go Y/N" she huggs miriam and takes your hand again even though you're used to it you still blush everytime she does it.

"Everythings On Me Next Time, The Drinks, The Snacks, Everything! I Promise!" Mei yells taking you inside the bus "Bye Guys See You Tommorow!" You shout waving at them, they waved back 

"Bye Y/N!" They shout back

Miriam pov

"Bye Y/N" you shout waving back at Y/N blushing while he/she gets pulled in the bus by Mei *Sighs* "It's so obvious Y/N likes her right?" you nudged Priya and abbey "I Know Right Like How Hasn't She Noticed Him/Her Yet The Signs Are There!?!"  Abby exclaims in disbelief "ikr do you think we should tell?" Priya asks me and abby "No no not yet" you say "We'll only help her realize it".

"But that'll take so long" priya says "Well only time will tell priya" you turn around while the others follow you "Cmon I Just Want To Spill The Beans To Them They're Polar Opposites It Makes Them Really Cute Together!" Abbey shouts at you and priya "I know they really are right?" Priya says "Yea i agree".
