You smiled as you sat down in front of him.

"Hey sorry if I haven't visited you for a while,"
you spoke as he chuckled. "It's alright, at least you would make time for me despite your busy schedule," he replied. You smiled placing his favorite food down. Peyoung Yakisoba.

He smiled. You got a cigarette stick, lighted it up, and placed it between your lips. He pouted as he crossed his arms. "Hey stop smoking," he spoke as you looked at him sighing. "Baji, were you satisfied with the choice you made?" you asked him as he looks at your eyes. Eyes that once were filled with happiness now look like an emotionless void.

"E-Ever since you stabbed yourself that day, we became someone we weren't supposed to be."
You spoke as you felt your voice crack. "Y/n..." he mumbled.

"You promised!"
you yelled as he slightly flinched, tears began falling from your eyes as you hiccupped. "You promised me we grow old together," you mumbled, he leans into you pulling you for a hug as he soothes you. You bury your head into the crook of his neck as he kissed your head.

"I'm sorry if I didn't fulfill that promise. But you're happy, right? You're happy that you get to be with Sanzu right?" he spoke as you looked at him, he looked at you softly as he wipes your tears. "But I was happier with you," you whispered as he sadly smiled.

"Maybe next time. Next time I'll marry you."
he spoke as he kissed your forehead. Both of you smiled, enjoying this small intimate moment you two are sharing. "Promise?" you asked as he smiled. "I promise," he spoke before finally disappearing.

Now you were back to reality, a reality where you were sitting in front of his grave. You smiled as you wiped your tears and threw the cigarette away. You looked at Baji's grave once more as the 3 AM breeze softly touched your skin.

"Then I'll be waiting for that next time, Mi Corazon."

....

"So even hearing that you still love her?"
Rindou asked as Sanzu smiled. "Yeah, I know Keisuke will always have her heart, but at least she was happy with me, and that's what I need," he replied. Rindou sighed as he lighted up a cigarette.

"People really do stupid things for love, huh."
Rindou mumbled blowing a cloud of smoke out.
