Day 12 :- Favorite season

"How long has it been?" Amé sighed.
"More than an hour, I assume." Pearl said, as she flipped on some pages.
Pearl and Amé have been friends for quite some time, after the party incident, they have become quite close, as to walk each other to classes, sitting together during lunch hours and telling each other about their problems. They have become quite good friends in an extremely short amount of time. Today, they decided to visit the library, to do some research on their assignments, which compensated the less amount of class for this week. But unfortunately for them, the season showed it's darker shade and the rain followed it afterwards. They decided to wait for the rain to slow down, but it only became vigorous as the time went by.
"I think it's getting slightly slower." Pearl said.
"Look again," Amé replied in a slightly annoyed tone.
"Really it is, look" Pearl said with a you know what face.
"Oh my goodness, then go buy us an umbrella." Amé said in a joking manner, but Pearl ran in the rain. Amé went to stop her, but they were already quite far so they began to get wet from the rain.
"IT WAS A JOKE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO RUN BLINDLESSLY" While Amé was screaming at her, Pearl removed her denim jacket, and put that on Amé's head.
Pearl grabbed her hand and started running in the rain, "We are already here. So, let's just run."
Amé didn't say anything, she just looked at her with confusion, admiration, happiness and an urge to run with her, in the rain, till she was holding her hand.
