Hello!

After a long day, Sivaangi dressed herself in an orangish-red ombre anarkali salwar with full sleeves. The big yellow quirky-shaped earrings dangled behind her loose locks whenever she shook her head.

She had spent the entire day doing various chores continuously.

She had practised a twenty-minutes long bharatanatyam performance along with her students almost ten times, to attain perfection in every move. They were to perform it on stage in two weeks. The students were already cursing their guru under their breath, because according to them they were dancing beyond perfection. They couldn't understand what 'perfection' actually meant in Sivaangi's dictionary.

She had dropped Maya, Rakshan's daughter at her abacus class. When she fondly insisted Rakshan that she would lead Maya, he was more than happy to oblige. Maya was on cloud nine just by imagining a scooty ride with Sivaangi. She could do those thrilling zig-zags on the crooked roads of Lovedale.

Later, Sharanya had accompanied Sivaangi and Mowgli in cleaning Vrindavan.

There wasn't much work. They just had to dust the walls and shelves and mop the floor. Rakshan willingly accompanied them later after having finished his romantic breakfast with the laptop.

Even though the house looked spotless and heavenly, Sivaangi seemed to be perturbed. She looked around the cottage again and again with pouted lips. Sensing her worry, Rakshan patted her head affectionately and said, "Avangaluku kandipa Vrindavan pidikum. Ni summa manasa potu kozhapikaadha. Avane Lovedale ku vandha podhum nu irukan."

(They would definitely like Vrindavan. Please don't confuse yourself unnecessarily. He's himself counting days to shift to Lovedale.)

It had almost been a year and a half since she had shifted to Lovedale from Coimbatore. To be precise, she had actually eloped from her house or rather hell at a particular night along with Mowgli. She had no choice though.

She usually wonders what she would've done if not for the dual-cottage. Maybe she would've died. Who knows? And who cares?

Ever since she's been in Lovedale, she had used only Barsana. Vrindavan was left vacant. Just three months back, she had asked Rakshan and certain other aquaintances to look for tenants for Vrindavan.

Now that she had got a new renter, she was pleased as well as anxious.

Pleased because she would have more money. She could save more. She could spend more.

On the other hand, she couldn't tell why she felt anxious. There was an unsettling feeling within herself. She couldn't voice it out.

She couldn't comprehend her thoughts.

Not wanting to spoil her mood, she excitedly scampered downstairs after bidding bye to Mowgli. She placed her leather sling back on the passenger seat of her car and eagerly drove to The Ooty Carnival.

Ashwin shoved the bike keys into his pant pockets hurriedly. Placing a hand on top of his head, he scurried towards the sideways. Standing protectively under the shed, he looked up at the drizzling sky, ruffling his slightly wet locks.

Nornally, he'd love to get drenched in the rain but not today. He could not roam around the Carnival streets like a water-dripping crow.
